Food quality and service has gone way down in the last year. I’ve been going here for a while but I’ve reached the point where I won’t doing business with them anymore. The last 3 orders I’ve made have been messed up and the food tasted “off” like moldy or bitter taste. Today I ordered a large cheese pizza, buffalo wings and fries and asked to include ranch. When picking up the order I asked if the ranch was in the bag and they confirmed it was. When I got home, the ranch wasn’t in the bag. Not sure if they have a true pizza oven like the ones that are in new haven CT.. it looks like one but not sure. Biggest take a way is having the pizza at the highest temperature possible. Like 700 degrees or higher. Next time I order I will ask for well done crispy and see if that makes a difference. Hard to believe but Quincy as far as I know does not have a pizza restaurant with a pizza oven that can get the temperature to 700/800 degrees. If Rosie's place can get to that temperature then I would hope to get more of a thin well done...
