Rally's — Restaurant in Radcliff

Well let me start off with the guy that's had took my order was irritated , sighted every time I added to my order , then got upset because I ask if the shake machine was up and running. He reply yeah it always running normal when have went to rally for some reason it not working . But besides that point I order two double rally buyer no onion or tomato's due to my husband being allergic and 2more single rally burgers and the 3.99 chicken bite box with xL fries along with small sweet tea and a small vanilla milkshake which was runny and pure liquid. I get home let me remind you Im Only 3 minutes away from rallys the food was cold chicken bites were so hard you couldn't bite them the fry were stiff and everything and don't get me started on the burgers no lettuce the burgers were sloppy and squished most Importantly they were cold . Then I give rallys a call letting the know my experience was absolutely horrible and the food was disgusting and the lady that answered the food was arguing with me about my order and was yelling at me and telling me she wasn't remaking my food it was all made fresh if it was made fresh and made right like it was supposed to I wouldn't still have the bag of food I definitely will not be back to rallys. I'm pregnant and dont have the energy for confortation at all! Very unprofessional! And very bad attitudes . I work in fast food as well we never treat customers how she treated me !. Worst experience I have ever had at any Rally's or checkers I have ever been to. And I have been to my fair share of them it used to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants until this visit. I actually went into place my order with a valid coupon that the young man working the register tried to convince me was invalid and expired when the date on the coupon for the expiration was March 31st of 2023. After settling that debate with him and his uncle who was the manager I requested my food be made a certain way with extra onions, the manager told me they do not do that kind of stuff where I replied if I order a cheeseburger with cheese only you mean to tell me you're going to put lettuce tomato ketchup and everything else Etc on it. No you would not you would make it how I asked you to make it!!!... but to make an already long story short the entire staff working this evening February 3rd 2023 around 8:30 p.m. was extremely rude and unprofessional from the way they were dressed, spoke, and acted towards customers inside and through the drive-thru. As a matter of fact there was a fellow in a four-wheel-drive truck that jumped the curb just to get out of line because of the way the workers were acting and talking about people through the intercom. I still love Rally's and Checkers food but the restaurant in Radcliff has lost a customer for LIFE to a point where I would not stop in to purchase an ice water, let alone food for myself or my family. Hell I would not even take a panhandler or transient there to purchase them food...

No complaints about Rally's, as of yet... HOWEVER... DO be careful waiting at the window for your food!! My Daughter & I were waiting at the window where the passenger can pay/collect the food... a pickup truck behind us slammed into the rear of my car!! I didn't notice any real damage SO, we went about our day (FYI: The woman did say "SORRY!") Later that day, when we went to put groceries into the trunk, the trunk would not close!!! The latch had been damaged & to this day we still have troubles getting it to stay closed!! I sure wish I had known at the moment. We often need(ed) the trunk for wheelchair or walker... which now must go in the back seat😒! Rally's... your food & service is great... tho, not so sure I like your drive-thru any more! 😱OUCH💩!!! Well... at least it was not our "Pay for the order of the car behind us day" *Which we do once (sometimes twice) a month... kind of a Pay-it-Forward incentive, & to hopefully make someone's day... never know when someone might need a bright spot to maybe remind them that they matter... even to a stranger. We never stick around to see reactions... figure it is none of our business, we do it for THEM not us!!! God Bless...
