I hate to give a negative review based on one poor employee but management is ultimately responsible.
I went through the drive-through about noon, 8/6/20. I gave the girl working the window a coupon when I drove around to the window. The young lady barked at me and told me to let them know next time that I had a coupon when I ordered. Fine, I didn't know that but if there is a next time and I have a coupon I'll be sure to let them know.
Now, the next time, if I decide to go to this Arby's again, if the person at the drive through window is wearing a mask like a fashion statement (didn't have nose covered), I'll just keep moving on.
Ultimately, this is the site manager's fault. If this is a corporate Arby's, then it's corporate's fault for hiring an incompetent manager.

However, I work nights and have driven up to the drive thru around 945pm and many many times it takes so long to get a response to order. Many times I just give up and leave. I have also noted other people waiting so long, but also leave without service. I’ve been told there is no meat available, so I could only order drinks. Also, the drive thru menu lights are NEVER on. It’s impossible to read anything on the menu at night. It’s sad because I know they are loosing so much business in the evening by not serving the drive through. Knowing that there are employees inside and the inside is closed, but know one answers the drive thru. And I am the only one there, makes me think the employees are inside playing around and just wait for me or another customer...
Read moreCame here for a door dash order and I had to leave a review due to the poor management of this place. While the employees were nice there is much that is lacking with customer service. I never received true help from staff. I waited over 20 min for an order that was put in way before I even got there! The store was not even busy. Because of THEIR mistakes I LOST money because “someone picked up their order already” when my customer never got her food from another vendor. I had to stay another 10 plus minutes for them to fix their mistakes. The manager gave me a lot of attitude about the situation acting like it was my fault.
