We stopped in here for lunch this month from out of town. We liked the atmosphere when we walked in with the bar area and regular tables/booths throughout the restaurant. They had sports on several TVs. We were in the hunt for a good burger.
I ordered a 7oz beef burger on brioche bun, white cheddar, bacon mayo, ketchup, and buttermilk fried bacon. I had never had bacon mayo or buttermilk fried bacon. The buttermilk fried bacon looked like chicken strips when it got served. There were a few strips. It was fried in some tasty batter and it was tasty by itself but I didn’t care for it on my burger. The bacon mayo overpowered the hamburger. When eating a hamburger, you want it to be the star. Great tasting burger without the bacon mayo. If I am back in town again I would either try out another burger place or I would go back to Bad Daddy’s and just get this burger minus the bacon mayo and buttermilk bacon.
I got tator tots with my burger. They were not super crispy. They tasted decent. 3 stars. I think they possibly used the same fryer so slight onion taste and one of the random crispy pieces in the basket was actually onion when I tried it. I'm not a fan of onion.
My date ordered the appetizer of deviled eggs and he said they awesome. Just wow. Red pepper, lettuce, cucumber, and shredded carrots were in this dish also. The bacon slaw was great, spicy. The deviled eggs were warm and delicious. They are fried then they put bacon and jalapeno on top. 5 stars.
He also ordered the chicken wings. They were crispy but not as crispy as he likes. Buffalo sauce was good heat and flavor. Blue cheese 5 stars that came with the wings.
The service was good. We did not get water refills though.
Enough parking for the restaurant directly outside the restaurant and nearby.
Burgers are a bit expensive but most of the time you get what you pay for.
4 stars – can’t knock the restaurant on me trying out new items and not necessarily liking them all on my burger. Each...
Read moreTHIS EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL!! I ordered a shake and they filled it up to the very top so it was impossible to drink and as soon as I touched it, it spilled everywhere. We ordered the food and waited for about 45-50 minutes (group of 5, we all got burgers) and when we questioned where our food was, the waitress (Kendall, blonde with glasses) told us that she had “forgotten “ to tell the chef our order, (and there were many employees so it is not like she was waiting many other tables) my family was very frustrated because we then had to wait another 25 minutes. My stepdad mentioned to the manager that our food was taking a very long time but the manager just said Ok and walked away. Then the chef poked his head over our cube and said the problem was that there was a large party ahead of us. After that we got our food and my brother’s burger was messed up so then my brother waited about another 10 minutes. My mom’s cheese was barely on the burger and you could tell everything was rushed, burnt fries as well. As we were eating I noticed an employee sneezing multiple times on people’s food and one of the other employees was arguing with him about it. As he was waiting he was sniffing and sneezing; this was disturbing and disgusting, I also saw him sneeze on this rag in some bootleg fry holder hotdog stand looking basket with water that they use to clean the tables, and they REUSE IT!!! 🤢🤢 No cleaning cart or anything just a rag in water. One of the employees in the back were yelling super loud giving me a headache. And a few of them were eating while making our food. Their dirty greasy hands were all over my food. Hair in the food and messy environment. I’ve been to other Bad Daddy’s and had a great experience but will NEVER come back to this one and I have no idea how this place got 4.5 rating but it should have .05...
Read moreWaited 30 minutes, told to scan the table for a menu (we Always order the "BD All American" so didn't bother), she (#95 Emilee E according to the receipt) asked if we wanted anything else, hubby said "whatever it comes with", then she asked if "Fries Good?", to which he said "Sure". When we got the bill, everything looked Proper--Except the Additional $6.00 for two orders of fries (making our $22ish bill Now $28+). I asked her if the menu had changed and she said it had about 2 weeks ago. I asked her why she hadn't mentioned it and she said "I figured you saw the menu" to which I reminded her she had not Given us one. She picked up the ticket and said she'd take care of it, then Rolled her eyes as she walked Away. When she came back and handed us the new ticket, she removed Both a Burger and Fries?? We Weren't Asking for Free Food just a Fair Experience; I told her she Didn't Have to remove the Burger, just the Fries because we Weren't Aware of the New Charge. I looked at the Bill ($16.40 for a Regular Burger with Fries and a Drink??) and asked my husband if he had a Ten and a Five as she Loudly States "You're being Rude!". Sorry Dear: if you Hadn't been Such a Lousy Communicator, you Would Have received $30 to cover the $22+ with the remainder as your tip. Anyway: I Refused to Participate and reached for my wallet and Counted out the remaining One dollar and 40 cents as she Blurts out Again Loudly "I'm Going to have to Remove myself because You are Being Rude!". Seeing No Acknowledgement, She Finally walked Away. REALLY? We Knew the Morrisville Location had Massive Issues with cooking a Well Done Burger but Never had a Problem with the Seaboard Avenue Location until Now. Just Not Worth the Drama...nor...
