This message is for the owner of Lasiter and Six Forks Road, Good Morning, I hate to leave a one-star rating but I am not sure how to reach you. I am a loyal customer and have purchased drinks from your store for years. Every Monday or every other Monday via the mobile app. Today I received the worst service I have at any restaurant. I get that I missed the signs on the outside of the building. One is above my eye level 7 ft. and the other is lime green (hard to see) but I did not deserve the treatment I received. I walked in the door and the lady who hands out the orders snapped at me. She was very rude and told me I had to go around the store. Ok, sure that the rules. I go around she is letting people go any way they want. I said hey you just let all those people go the wrong direction and you made me walk around the store. At that point, most of the employees jumped on me yelling they were unable to do their job because they were short-staffed. No excuses for the attitude. If they would have been polite, or nice, I would have gone on my way without a care. I have a few solutions to help future customers. Inside block off the return way to the main door, you already have ropes and lines this should be easy. Use those same lines outside and put signs at eye level for short people Send the manager to training for soft skills and conflict resolution I hope you have a wonderful day. I have Biz cards at Starbucks All over town bc I Always introduce Myself “ Hi I’m Ellen Arthur a 5⭐️( for 13 Years btw) rated pet sitter who as you can imagine has been Struggling Hugely durring Covid - I asked some 13 yr old May I put a few Business cards on your community board - Like I have been doing at Several other Starbucks but she told me “ Well That’s Really Just for Community stuff “ I AM this Community an Actual Local Biz & I’d Like to add I have Legitimately Saved Two pets lives by recognizing Pancreatitis in a dog & a total Urinary track blockage in a boy cat - Both prexisting issues to my taking care of thrm. I have Vet Tech training. Read moreCheck the pictures for the newly renovated Starbucks. I’m sure Starbucks corporate spent a lot to get the place up fitted. However I’m amazed that there is so little seating in the cafe area and that store management uses the floor as a storage site. There were people sitting amidst the boxes! On a chilly morning is this how Starbucks wants to present itself? Does Starbucks corporate not want people to come and sit inside or is this a local management thing?
One more thing … when I came into the store today, there was no one inside, three associates were behind the counter, one was making a drink and two were talking, and it took a person 5 minutes to come to the register to take my order.
Really odd for Starbucks in general and even this location specifically, which I’ve visited many time before. Guess things have changed … why invest so much in the location and allow for things that could push...
