Having explored food courts in various countries throughout my life, I can confidently say that my recent encounter at Food Court Crabtree Valley Mall Food Court left much to be desired. The combination of excessive noise, subpar seating, and a lack of appealing food options made it an experience I'm unlikely to recall fondly.
The clamor and commotion within the food court were overwhelming. A food court should ideally be a place where people can enjoy a meal and engage in conversation without needing to raise their voices. Unfortunately, the noise level here was beyond tolerable, making it difficult to have any meaningful interactions.
The seating area, regrettably, did not provide the comfort one would hope for during a meal. The quality of the seating left much to be desired – whether it was uncomfortable chairs or limited space, it was far from an inviting atmosphere. Enjoying a meal should include a sense of relaxation, and the seating area here failed to deliver that.
One of the primary draws of a food court is the variety of cuisines and dining options available. It's disappointing to hear that the food choices at Food Court Crabtree Valley Mall were unsatisfactory. A limited selection not only limits culinary exploration but also reduces the appeal for diverse groups of diners.
The closeness of different food stalls can contribute to a feeling of congestion and hinder the overall experience. A well-designed food court should allow for a comfortable flow of people without making them feel like they're bumping into one another. Additionally, a lack of variety can deter individuals with varying tastes and dietary preferences.
In summary, my visit to Food Court Crabtree Valley Mall left me underwhelmed. The excessive noise, uncomfortable seating, and lack of enticing food options detracted from what should have been a pleasant dining experience. Food courts should ideally be a hub of culinary exploration and relaxation, but this particular location fell short in several key areas. While food court experiences can vary, I hope that future visits to other places will leave a more...

Ordered a burger with no onions and on the ticket and the box the burger comes in clearly states no slivered onions but it had them all over the burger. Then when I got my food the guy handed me the bag but not the drink which I had not gotten. Then I had to wait to get the attention of the guy who was passing out the food who told me that the drinks were given at the register at the time the meal is purchased. I informed them that they didn't give me a drink, so he finally told me to hold on and he would get it for me. After watching him personally get refills for four other people who came up after me I tried to get his attention again but he wouldn't look at me. Another guy behind the counter came to ask me what I needed and I told him I need my tea and he told me the same thing that I was supposed to get that from the cashier who was no longer at the register by this time. He walked away and a third guy came by so I finally said to him, I need my tea that come with my meal that the cashier didn't apparently give me like she was supposed to. He huddled in the corner where 4 employees were all making drinks of some sort. Then the manager I guess came and asked me what I needed. I had to explain the situation over again, and he again told me that the drinks were give at time of purchase and looked at the register which was 4 feet to my right and still had no cashier behind it. So I asked for the cashier Then if she was the only one who give me the drink I purchased and did not receive. He finally walked to the drink station and said something to a guy there who made my tea and then headed it to me.
Seriously was I trying to steal and sweet Tea. This was crazy. I'm not going back here even if they were giving...

The lady asked me if I wanted a large drink. I said no just the regular that comes with the meal. She charges me $$2.xxand change extra. On asking she said meal comes with a small drink and I should pay extra for regular. Then she asked if I needed the sauce with it. I said yes There was an additional 50cents charged The I took the food and realized there was no spring roll as promised with the meal. The lady said no and that the spring roll is extra since my drink was regular.
The food was cold and not up to par even for a mall food court.
I am sure they are hurting due to Covid but I don't approve of false advertising.
