Glenlake Cafe — Restaurant in Raleigh

I ordered a breakfast sandwich online at 10:16 am. The notification said the order will be ready at 10:35. To give them extra time I waited till 10:45. When I showed up they forgot and hadn't started on my sandwich. I come back later to pick it up. When I get back to the office I look in the bag and they forgot to give me the sandwich??? Service is slow and unreliable. Online order system is pretty messed up too because some sandwiches listed on their menu on their website arent offered everyday. Prep order time is horrible too. Tried this place 3 times so far and each time I had to wait extra 30 min. Also, the bread they show on pictures aren’t the same as what they use.
