This is hands down the best traditional Italian food in Raleigh. We have tried a number of items, and all were delicious, but we always come back to the Raleigh Special pizza. That has fried eggplant and fresh basil and mozzarella on it. We really like it with an egg on top for breakfast the next morning.

Read moreI haven't ever written a review for anything before but this place deserves it. My wife and I got a pizza and it was the best pizza I've ever had! Not too greasy, and the crust had a really nice crunch to it. We got it hot and all the toppings were amazing, plus we didn't feel that heavy feeling we usually get after eating pizza. We will literally never being going anywhere else for pizza ever again. We can't wait to go back and try the pastas and other dishes too and the staff were the nicest restaurant staff I've ever met! Read moreThis was a surprisingly good place! I always am picky about Italian food because I spent a month or so in southern Italy and it high key ruined my ability to enjoy normal American italian food.
Anyway! My friend got a feta and some other type of cheese calzone and thought it was great! (It had real feta!) I got chicken parm. The sauce was super nice and it was a good amount of chicken and pasta. The salad was fresh too!
