I didn’t know getting extra sauces from this restaurant would be such an issue through the Grubhub drivers! they hire on their own Drivers the driver had an attitude with me getting extra white sauces with my hibachi shrimp and scallop. The driver came to my door asked me to sign receipt and then had the nerve to ask me to give him a tip because I got extra white sauce and I have to pay it. Then he had the nerve to tell me if I don’t give him a tip that he’ll take the white sauces out of my food. I told him I was going to give him a tip but the way he’s talking to me he was not going to get a tip. Who tells their customers to give them a tip if they order extra stuff with their food. I was going to give him five dollars but then he proceeded to go in my food and grab all of my sauces out of my bag and threw me my food! And proceeded to walk away.... there was no charge on my receipt in there was no charge from the restaurant saying that I had to pay for extra white sauce I would have paid for some freaking sauce if there was a charge. I Would have gave him a five dollar tip if he wasn’t so rude! I called the restaurant and the guy that answered the phone told me that he’s always having problems and he takes his job to serious! So asked to speak to the manager the guy that was working tonight 1/26/2018 he said there’s nobody in charge at this time and he wouldn’t take down my number or give anybody a message and told me that I had to call gru hub. I can’t go hub and they told me that the restaurant hires their own people through Grubhub they have nothing to do with their drivers at this restaurant. Therefore I would have to go through the manager to talk to him about this issue. Got my food and the food was horrible to scallops shrimp everything was way overcooked and soaked and nasty fake so call hibachi sauce! Everything was way over cooked soup was horrible dumplings was horrible not even clocked in cold as well. Learn my lesson today don’t ever go to this restaurant service rude the fake grubHub drivers are greedy and rude and they have people on the phone not knowing what to do lost at their own job! How do you not have management at a restaurant on a Friday night... I would never recommend this to anybody don’t...

My main issues are with the lack in consistency of food quality/prep and the abhorrent unpredictability with service. Over the course of 1.5ish years, I've had MY ORDER CANCELLED BY THE RESTAURANT last minute AT LEAST SIX TIMES - and this is after either scheduling my order at least 18 hrs in advance (minimum of 1.5 hr in advance) and/or the restaurant confirming my order, to wait until 10 minutes before the expected confirmed "ready" time to cancel my order - with no attempt from the restaurant to communicate beforehand that they need to cancel my order (or why??) nor offer alternative options (if it were an ingredient shortage issue - again, no clue). Restaurant never reaches out to apologize or explain, and the few times this happened for pickup orders they just didn't tell us they were out of items we ordered, so we didn't find out til we got home.
Pros: Wallet-friendly, huge portions, variety and customizable options, open late, crispy egg rolls, reliable/sturdy packaging.
Cons: Inconsistent quality (meat dry or burnt), inconsistent rice or entree portions (my guess is that they skimp out on whatever is selling fast that night but overload on stuff they worry won't sell out and they don't wanna toss), spontaneous order cancellations at the last minute without explanation, fail to update menu to reflect current 'in stock' options and fail to inform you if part of your order/items were missing before tightly packing and letting you leave the restaurant 🤡.
Misc: I've found that they often cancel Grubhub and Doordash orders due to "being out of service range" (ALTHOUGH THE APP CLEARLY STATES OTHERWISE lmaooo) so your best bet is to order thru UberEats or...

So i went to eat in for a quick bite of lunch and I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT I FOUND. First of all I asked for white rice, it came out fried. And when I start to eat the sesame chicken I ordered, I notice a black spec on the chicken. So I look closer and it is a WINGED INSECT! OMG. I HAD ALREADY ATE A FEW BITES BEFORE I NOTICED. I pointed it out to the employee and he denies it! I pointed out the wings and legs. This is an insect in my sesame chicken. He OFFERED to make a new plate! No thank you! And when I looked another time at the plate, guess what?
I found 2 more insects in the chicken! Tossed in the sauce!! Eww! I can't believe this junk. Needless to say I walked out and he apologized.
My mood was instantly lighter once I walked down the sidewalk to the Green Monkey. Their sign made me laugh so I had to go in and tell them what happened. They gave me a free bottle of water to washout the bugs. They said I should have came there first, be they would have told me all about Jade garden. They had already been shut down TWICE!!!
Blahhhhhhh I have been eating Chinese food all my life but I have never EVER seen a bug in the food....
