Super friendly service and the lady who prepares the meals is an artist. The way she made and folded the paninis looked like she is wrapping a gift. I ordered the Lebanese Platter and it was beautiful and looked delicious. I enjoyed watching her create each meal. I really like the Lebanese Platter but the chicken was dry and the falafel is interesting. I might try their chicken kabobs if I'm hungry in the morning when I head home. They have 4 different types of baklava. I got the cashew one... Oh my goodness! It's flaky, honey sweet and so yummy! I need to pick up some to take home.

So today I drove to 2 different locations because one was closed and I didn’t know until arrival. I get to the second location on six forks rd and I ask if they know why the other location was closed they said due to short staff. I tried something new today the jasmin platter so wasn’t sure what it all came with. The young lady rang me up and mentioned how ready she was to go I didn’t get asked about sauce or anything. After she left I noticed I needed some kind of sauce I go back up to the register and ask Saige and she told me it was an additional charge I proceed to get the money. Once I set back down to eat I read the sign and my meal came with sauce. I then asked her about the sign and she said assumed that I had one already and attempted to give me another. Didn’t solve the issue at all a refund would’ve sufficed. As a repeated customer it was very unprofessional to not even ask if I had received a sauce prior especially after driving to two different locations. All together next time I’ll just skip out on my craving!

Went there and it was the worst experience ever! Food tasted so bad! The garlic sauce was already expired and the food is expensive even though there is not much to eat a small shawarm cost over 8 dollars and it tasted so bad the chicken was unseasoned and uncooked and there is only tomatoes inside. Besides that, the place is sooooo dirty! The tables are sticky and smells! I had to put napkins under my food fearing to get a flu because of that. And come to the worse part, the employees were so rude! Didn’t care! Gave us cold food! And lied about the free drinks! I had to pay $3 dollars for two small cups of soda! LITERALLY the worst place ever!! I would never ever come back again!

The entire experience was unsettling. The staff were young and unfriendly and lacked any personality. The food was ok but the Pho was over sweetened. While eating I noticed something orange stuck to my bowl, it was dried food. I alerted the server and was told that he would take it back. He immediately returned and said that his boss said that it was something that dried on the bowl from the few minutes it traveled from kitchen to table. I immediately paid my check and left. This place although authentic looking, lacks character and customer service. Pho Far East is much better.... will not be returning, look elsewhere to eat...
