I prefer the Morrisville location for a number of better-quality/service reasons!
MAY 22, 2024 Slightly after 5 pm Two reps working the food-prep line: young man (20ish or younger) with short, black hair and an older lady (50ish). Name was May-yah-ta or something close to that!!
I have encountered the lady/May-yah-ta before: she NEVER smiles and acts like she is a hostage, seems angry, and CLEARLY doesn't like people! She is good for preparing food (ONLY), and CLEARLY that is all that matters for the owners!!
Today (DATE ABOVE), she placed my food in a cracked tray. I asked her to change it. She seemingly could not understand English and became frustrated at me for HER INABILITY to understand me. The young man stepped over and confirmed the crack and switched the food out.
Said lady commenced to talking about me to the young man in their language: based on the evil look on her face, what she was saying about me wasn't nice! She was angry and appeared TOO COMFORTABLE being disrespectful!!
I said, "If you cannot address me in English, don't address me at all!!" I further said, "You are being very unprofessional!!!" She ignored me, never made eye contact again! The young man professionally took over with the finalization of my order! I asked for owners name: He said Mustafah!
POINT: I do not support businesses to be disrespected/disregarded. I strongly believe that being able to speak the language of the people you are serving is important! Read moreI love this place. I eat here often. As a result I really was excited about taking advantage of the point program they have. Well today I bought a meal that cost me $14. I tried to redeem the points that was $6 off of $10 and it reedmed the points but never lowered my bill. I pointed this out to the manger and he stood there dumbfounded for about 5 mins. He kept saying I needed to buy a ten dolllar item and I kept pointing out my meal was 14$. When he couldn’t figure out how to get it to deduct the $6 I told him it was fine to put my points back. He couldn’t figure out how to do it. Told me he had to call some guy. Didn’t offer to discount my food the $6 I should have gotten in the rewards or even comp me for the 12 olive points that was never returned (mind you you have to spent $10 just to get one…so $120 for $6 off that they wouldn’t even honor) He didn’t even take my number to try and resolve it at a later time. I understand technology can be faulty but there were several other actions that could have taken place to honor customer experience.
So now I didn’t get the $6 off AND I lost $120 worth of olives.

But, then I decided to go inside instead; so I can look at the menu better, and maybe try some of their food. So, I did. But, before that, I noticed that, I forgot my wallet at home. So, I said to myself okay, well, I can still pay using my digital wallet. Yeah, yeah, yeah right! For some reason I can never get that right! Idk how to do it. For some reason it just didn't work for me. So, this lady name Kendall,.or Kendra she said she was the owner told me to not worry about it that it was on "us" so I was like no no no I can just place an online order and pay you that way. She, still refused to take my payment. I don't know if she thought I didn't had any money. But, whatever it was I just want to say that, that was very generous of her! I truly appreciate that! Then, I got home and guess what!? My stupid wallet was on top of my couch in my living room! 🤦🏾♀️ So, pretty much I was driving around w/o my DL the whole time! 🤦🏾♀️ I would go back there and make sure I tip her staff.
