If you're looking for a cozy, delicious spot to satisfy your cravings for fresh-baked treats or a wholesome meal, look no further than La Farm Bakery. This local chain has truly captured the heart of the community with its commitment to quality, flavor, and local sourcing. From the moment you walk in, the smell of fresh bread and sweet pastries is absolutely irresistible. All of their baked goods are made fresh daily, and you can taste the difference. Whether you're indulging in one of their perfectly gooey cinnamon rolls or taking home a crusty artisan loaf, every bite is packed with homemade goodness. La Farm doesn't stop at bakery staples – they also offer a full breakfast and lunch menu that makes this place a great go-to any time of day. Their sandwiches are crafted with care (and some of the best bread you’ll ever eat), and the soups and salads are equally impressive – fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. What makes it even better is their dedication to sourcing local ingredients, supporting the community while also delivering top-notch taste and quality. It’s the kind of place you can feel good about supporting. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a leisurely brunch, La Farm Bakery combines rustic charm with high-quality fare – and that’s a winning recipe in our book. Highly recommend!

Before I get into what I do like about this place. I’m going to get into the bad. This is no hate to the staff at all. I am disappointed in the “matcha latte” they serve, if you can even call it that. Below I have attached pictures of what they give you and what an oat-milk match latte is supposed to look like. As well as the portion sizes for a deluxe breakfast sandwich with a side of fruit (yes that’s how much fruit they give you, I did not eat any) . I asked for extra matcha powder upon seeing that my drink was not the right color. As soon as I saw the barista take out the tin of “matcha”, I knew that she or my drink never had a chance. The powder was sooo pale and chalky. This indicates that the matcha is old and not of good quality. I took a sip and immediately threw it away. I feel like I wasted my money. The staff is very kind and accommodating. They are not at fault for the matcha but I hope whoever is in charge resolves this issue or if it’s too big of an ask, they should take it off the menu to save face. Other than that, sandwiches and pastries are good.

Save your time and money, do not go. Bad food, even worse service. Went and got avocado toast. It was soggy and brown like it had been sitting out for hours. I asked for the side salad rather than fruit, they said that they couldn’t do that at 10:45am. Fine, but look at the picture of the fruit. Barely any at all and the melons look like someone had taken a bite first. The girl taking the order was rude and dismissive. They dot. Have WiFi which isn’t a huge deal but kind of odd for the type of place they are (people were doing work there, so everyone was on hot spots). Overall, a wasted $17.

“Sorry for the long wait, we’re still in the queue here, thank you.” ~ DoorDash Support, the MVP of missing-in-action customer service.

Apparently, La Farm works for DoorDash now?

I’ve ordered from La Farm twice—once for delivery, once for pickup—and somehow both times were a mess.

Let’s start with the delivery: the sandwiches and coffee were great! The box of mini scones we also ordered? Nowhere to be found. The dasher ghosted us, the restaurant said, “Take it up with DoorDash,” and unless I wanted to hop in my car and go chase down some baked goods, that was it. Annoying, but whatever—the sandwiches won us over.

So for Mother’s Day, we placed a big pickup order thinking, “Hey, what could possibly go wrong if we get it ourselves?”

Turns out, La Farm handed our $115 order to a DoorDash driver by mistake. The driver was supposed to pick up a $25 two-sandwich order but walked away with our entire brunch feast instead (HOW..?). When I explained the mix-up to the employee, she kindly offered to remake everything—but we didn’t have time to wait around.

I asked for a refund, but surprise! La Farm can’t refund DoorDash orders. Even though I paid La Farm—or so I thought. So now I’m stuck on hold with DoorDash support for 2 hours to explain that my order was hijacked by the wrong driver.

The kicker? The La Farm employee said they’d mark the order as “not picked up” to make the refund easier. Instead, they marked it as “completed,” which meant DoorDash had to personally call the store to confirm my story
but guess what? La Farm doesn’t answer their phone.

I called multiple times before even going to pick up my order to confirm it was ready—no answer. They don’t mark orders as “ready” in the app either, so you’re just left guessing.

In hindsight, I would’ve been better off grabbing some Uncrustables and a McCafĂ©.

I get that things go wrong (I worked in a bakery for 2 years), but when no one’s willing—or even able—to fix them, it turns into a customer service disaster. If La Farm is essentially a DoorDash satellite location now, maybe they should take some responsibility for resolving these issues? Just a thought.

No wonder they don't answer the phone, customers must be calling all day to inquire about their messed up order.

I’m sure on a normal day La Farm is solid, but after this two-hour refund chase, I’ll take my chances with a Krispy...

We ordered brunch last weekend to go from this location. We were so excited to have one so close to where we live. While my husband was there he overheard loud complaints from other staff about the effectiveness of the cook which caused him to check his order before leaving. We were not given the scones that are included in the Sunday brunch meals and there was one portion of potatoes in one box and less than half a portion of potatoes in the other box. When we asked we got a shrugged answer that they’d already run out of potatoes (at 8:45am) and that she put the scones in and put an extra scone for the trouble. When he got home we opened the box to see only those scones we were supposed to have had in the first place and almost no potatoes in one of the boxes. What potatoes we had and the quiche we ordered were stone cold (I don’t expect piping hot food on to go orders but I do expect at least warm) and the scones were stale. For the amount of money they ask for their product it had better be worth it and what we received was not worth even half. I wrote this complaint into La Farms “contact us” portion of their website merely wanting to bring it to their attention that there are growing pains in their new store that are affecting customer experience. I received absolutely no response. An “I’m sorry you had this experience we are working with the team to improve training in this location” would have been enough but it seems that La Farm simply doesn’t care about guest experience. They have lost...

I am a sucker for chicken salad. And I've been waiting for months to have a chance to go by this place. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich (to go), and it came with a salad. I'm sorry to say, because I don't things that I have ever given a bad review for any restaurant, that it was the most bland, boring chicken salad sandwich I've ever had. It had everything in it that should make it taste great, but it was on this giant brioche bun, which was way too much bread in comparison to the little bit of chicken salad, and the chicken salad just really didn't have much of a flavor. For $13 I was just really disappointed. I recently had one at Village Deli in Village District, and it was fantastic. The chicken salad at Snoopy's is better than what I had today. Also, regarding the "salad", they just put a few greens, a slice of cucumber, and a slice of tomato inside the box, with the sandwich. So the "salad" was placed, loose in the box, on cardboard - so I'm not sure how they would think that I could put any dressing on the greens, etc. and then actually eat it. The dressing would soak into the box and out of the crevices. It was the weirdest experience I've ever had ordering something to go. Anyway, the atmosphere was great, the bread on the shelves was fresh and looked amazing, and they have massive amounts of different desserts. I'm sure I'll go back, but I certainly would never order chicken salad again. Sadly, it will go down in history as being the most bland chicken salad I've...
