I ordered online for delivery at 7:46pm I waited until 8:30pm and still hadn't received my food. I called and talked to a guy on the phone he said that they were preparing my food. Well they close at 9pm so I waited and called back around 8:50pm and they wouldn't answer and still I hadn't received my food. So finally I looked on the app and they had cancelled my order without refunding me my money or contacting me. So the next morning I called and talked to a extremely rude Manager who has a voice as if she smokes cigarettes. By the name of Lucy. She argued with me about refunding my money until she finally said I will look at the order and call you back. She called me back and said my order was stolen on her shift the night before. So I asked her why didn't she contact me and make me aware of the situation instead of me having to call her. Her response was she couldn't do anything about it but basically close without refunding me my money or food. My husband was furious about the situation so he called and he got told to hold on because she was outside after he held the line for 5 minutes she finally got on the phone, he ask her could she compensate us free meals and she told him it was nothing she could do. I am extremely disappointed at her actions and you all need to inform her that customers are always suppose to be pleased. Read moreI ordered from this place through UberEats, When I started adding what I wanted and did not want on my sub, I DID NOT select mayo, (selecting mayo was a opinion). I called to make sure mayo was not added to my sub and I was told it was, I was also told the Uber driver had left and I would need to come to the location to get a new sub. Once I got there, a older lady with glasses told me it was not there fault that mayo was on the sub and in her words " I should charge you" for the sub. I showed her the receipt of my order and she still stated it was not there fault (no where on the receipt stated the add mayo). She finally gave me my correct sub, after attempting to charge me for another sub! ( I did bring the incorrect one back). I was highly disappointed in the service I recieved. Also the guy that started my sub also acted as if he did not want to correct my sub. However, if management attitude is jack up, I see why the employee's attitude are jack up. Read moreI went in on Monday and it seemed like everything that could possibly go wrong in the span of 20 minutes, went wrong! Nevertheless my sub was delicious and the blonde woman and the man working were great, I wish I had gotten their names. They were clearly short staffed, yet the man in front of me in line was being very impatient. The woman making his sub definitely felt rushed and cut her hand on the slicer, so they had to take the slicer apart and sanitize it. While the blonde woman was cleaning the slicer, the other lady cleaning her cut, customers continued to flow in and the man took down everyones orders. He goes to ring me up and the credit card machine goes down…. It may not sound like a lot but anybody who’s worked in a restaurant knows how stressful this would be, especially when there’s only three of you working! Given the situation, I wouldn’t have been surprised if my sub wasn’t up to standard but it was still sooo good.
