Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Raleigh

Since i have been living I this side of town, i have been coming to this location to get a sub if not every week, every other week. Usually it's between 12pm & 2pm. This was my first time coming at 8:28pm. I ordered a regular sub (bread was smaller than usual, meat was cut so this i asked for 2 extra slices. The gentleman (which looked like amgr) snatched the $20 out of my hand whiletaking the money. Crazy thing us, veggie coming here i was speaking highly to my cousin who started she does not like coming to this location. Now i see why. I have a history of working in fast food, at restaraunts waitressing, in clubs & restaraunts bartending & etc. So i always tip $3 to $5 even when i call in an order. BUT NOT THIS TIME, I HAVEN'T EVEN LEFT THE PARKING LOT YET (MINI CITY) BECAUSE I WANTED TO FILL OUT A REVIEW 1ST. I am not one to write reviews but I had an incident at this Jersey Mike's that I wanted to share. I had just gotten my giant sub which was beautiful and was in the process of putting it in my cooler for the lunch I would be having later on a job site. While fumbling away I dropped the bag holding the wrapped sandwich and it fell out of the bag, rolled out of the wrapping and fell apart on the pavement. Ruined. It was totally my fault and I was prepared to throw it away and head on to work but the man from inside came out and offered to make me a new sandwich. He didn't have to. Ordered a Club Sub through the Jersey Mike’s app for delivery . I specifically requested no onion. It’s was delivered and there were a tremendous amount of onions. Like as if I asked for extra and then some. I called the location and spoke to who seemed to be a manager. They said they couldn’t send a new one because it was a delivery. So he said I could order another one and he would refund the first one. I never received a refund and the second one I ordered had no mayo and no oil and vinegar.
