So I get there this morning order a mocha i figure i can sip on that and than ill order food after im done. Wait while im trying to order my coffee i have a homless man come up to me hey you got a dollar first I said no I have more than a dollar and he starts walking away and than I felt like shit because I have at least one person ask me for money per day in raleigh but im tired of saying no so I got him a large coffe. So I got my large mocha and a large coffe for the homless man and you never know who is legit homless or not anymore they did a big investigation so your always taking a chance on that. Finally I get done with my mocha so I order a sausage gravy biscuit platter and was gonna surprise the homless man with a sausage egg biscuit but after I put my order in through the app I forgot to order another large mocha so I ordered a large mocha at the counter and I got that before ya know but the person running front counter gave me a large mocha frappe not a large mocha. So 10 minutes later im standing and the person running register says what number are you I said 1670 and he said okay hold on and than 10 minutes later he asked me agin and since its been almost thirty minutes waiting for my order I dont have a number and the order screen for customers to view doesn't even say serving 1670 anymore finally the manager came and I was showing her the receipt but she seemed to be gaslighting me because she seemed to not be able to recognize a receipt you get through the mcdonalds app. So finally the manager handed me a black container of two biscuit in the worst gravy ever and the sausage biscuit and your supposed to get two hash browns and to biscuits covered in gravey so I left it in the back sat down sipping on the mocha frappe that was supposed to be a mocha and finally got worked up and I smashed the bag threw on the seat and threw the rest or what I paid for but didnt want is wasn't correct all over there seat. I really lost control and just left and I won't be coming back to this location ever again but a least the homless got a coffe he left before I could give him the sausage egg biscuit I ordered him but before waiting 40 minutes for the order he asked me for a cigarette and I dont smoke so whatever I wanted to post this before they round me up like the gastopo I this that how tou spell It. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your 105 east south street in Raleigh on 7/4/2024 at 12 pm
Upon entering the restaurant, I encountered a homeless person with a dog inside. Due to my severe allergy to animals, I had no choice but to get my food to go and eat in my vehicle. When I returnedyy to the restaurant to request a refill, I was denied by a shift supervisor, who I believe is named Reyna. She informed me that refills are only available to customers who eat inside.
I explained my allergy situation, but she was unsympathetic and continued to refuse my request. Additionally, she conversed with her co-workers in Spanish, laughed, and I felt disrespected by this behavior. It is disheartening to see that McDonald's, a company known for its customer service, employs individuals who exhibit such disregard for customer needs and concerns.
I request that McDonald's address this issue with the staff involved to ensure better customer service in the future. Furthermore, I hope you will consider implementing a policy that accommodates customers with allergies or other medical conditions that may prevent them from dining inside the restaurant.

I arrived at the place with an order for 9 drinks repeated the order twice at drive thru and once I reached the window I ran it back with the agent twice to assure accuracy. However once I got to the window the order was incorrect. I asked the same woman who took the order to correct the order…she asked her manager and I was told in order to get the order I placed & they messed up corrected I would I have to go back to the first window and wait in line to have ONE drink corrected, while I was purchasing NINE. I asked to speak to the manager to have it corrected he reiterated that they could not correct the order THEY got wrong after me reviewing four times and as I waited in line he proceeded to call the police with children in the vehicle although the only people being rude were him Assistant Manager Willie and his staff. As we patiently waited the police arrived just as shocked and appalled at the incident as myself and the children with me.
