Not only did they get my order wrong and refused to fix i an employee and the manager themselves each decided to have an attitude before I can say single word. By that I mean neither one of them approached me with a smile or express concern about the issue the employee decides to ignore me when I say excuse me in order to get her attention two times. She then proceeded to address another customer's issue behind me for me to then say excuse me a third time before she rudely questions me about the issue. She then goes to retrieve the manager who was probably even worse attitude wise. She refused to acknowledge what I was saying assume she was 100% correct refuse to make my order the right way and decided to give me a refund instead. I asked for her information and the stores information to have her reply mumbling underneath her breath that the information is on the receipt. I had to asked the nice gentleman working the register, who by the way took my order down correctly, for her name. Not only am I on a limited-time lunch break I've had an extremely stressful day / weekend due to the fact that my eight month old kitten almost died. People don't take into consideration that your customer maybe having a bad day and all that they're looking for is a smile. I can't believe how rude this locations manager was along with a few of the employees. The gentleman working the register gentleman working the front dining area and the gentleman working the drive-thru window where the three most reasonable and understanding people there. I think them for being understanding and apologizing to me. They should not have to have been the ones to apologize. I have zero respect for a manager like that. How do you expect your employees to follow if you lead like a dictator. Truly one of if not the most unreasonable experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. I came here today so my son and I could grab a quick bite of food to eat for lunch as we've been out shopping and around the area. I frequently use the McDonald's app near my house and other Raleigh area locations, I have used this same exact deal on the app MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE PAST FEW WEEKS , YET SOMEHOW THE TWO RUDE DISRESPECTFUL GUYS WORKING THE FRONT REGISTER SAYS THAT MY DEAL WON'T WORK BECAUSE IT'S A " UNIVERSAL DEAL" which is complete b.s. The deal on the mobile app is you can buy specific meals that are eligible and listed under eligible meals, & you get a free Happy meal with your meal purchase. Even though two different meals I tried to use were listed on the app they refuse to help me and let me use my code. Then on top of that I couldn't use a different code since I already claimed that code on the deals and would have had to wait 15 whole minutes in order to use another deal. By this point of being disrespected and embarrassed by these 2 guys working the cash registers, we're hungry so I go ahead and pay for the food. Whenever I get my receipt I realize why the code wouldn't work to begin with.... The guy working the cash register, purposely rang me up for each item I had ordered, instead of letting me save money and charging me for the "MEAL PRICE" . So I was charged for each individual item (an entree , medium drink , and medium fry. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY HOW I WAS TREATED, YET WHEN I POINTED OUT FACTS, NOBODY EVER OFFERED TO MAKE ANYTHING RIGHT WITH ME. Read moreRevisit 12/14/2024: Two years gone by and thought I'd give it a go. Wrong! Waited 10 minutes for curbside delivery. In the meantime, 20 cars went thru the drive-thru and one car even parked in curbside, walked in, and came back out with their order while I still waited. Tried to cancel the order because it said I could then said they couldn't cancel because it was on its way. It wasn't. Slap me if I go there again! Food stale!
Revisit 7/5/2022: still lousy service. Wrong food. Impolite workers. Call to complain and they will never ever answer the phone. BEWARE!!! Revisit 1/17/2021: What a terrible experience. First, the drive-thru service was super slow. The guy collecting the money at the first window wouldn't talk loud enough or lean forward so that you could hear him through his mask. Then, when he finally did hear you say "what" for the third time, he asked what my order was. Why have two drive-thru lanes if we have to repeat our order at the pay window. Makes absolutely no sense. Then I received my food at the second window. I requested extra-crispy fries. They were limp as noodles. So they made me pull out of line and go to the other side of the building. While waiting on fries, I checked my burger, which was a McDouble extra pickle. Instead, I received no pickles. So when fries were delivered, I handed my burger back to have it redone. Whoops, there went my ketchup. Now, I have to wait. Burger returns, no ketchup. Now, I'm waiting on ketchup. Finally, get to leave. Hamburger has a pile of pickles right smack in the center of the burger all on top of each other. Good news. The unsweet iced tea with extra ice and lemons was perfect.
