Went in tonight, 12/6 standing in line and I see a lady come in the door address two staff members behind the service line. The lady, which I now know was a manger off duty, proceeded to get a bowl, grab the spoon and dish out her own food. No washed hands, touching bowls, spoon, and lids not one employee said anything and the three on duty just stood there watching. She placed a lid on her bowl then walked into the back, came back out talked and shared something on her phone ....that was funny to all the workers. At this point the young lady behind the counter...knows I'm not happy. The manager proceeds to walk around behind the cashier to the on duty manager on the other side they neck hugged and smiled. Then walked back around to where everyone else was... of course after getting additional drinks what she came to work for. No one stopped her that worked at Moes, as she should have known better. I used to eat here alot, and me and my husband left and will not return. I knew everyone that worked at this location. There are reasons why the public is not allowed behind the counter, and the staff have on gloves, aprons and hats... I guess she forgot the rules. Of course when I asked was a manager on duty I could talk with ? the young guy behind the counter asked me "Why?" Really? And of course, I'm sharing what I told the two workers that were standing there..everything I've typed. Just be aware... the workers laughed as we left...which is fine, just hope no...
Read moreI was in here tonight and through the last few months this place has been on the decline. Tonight I have to say something. I noticed the line was longer than normal, but sometimes that happens.
I got into line and the people working the counter showed no sense of urgency. They moved slowly with no motivation to do better. The way they spoke to customers was nonchalant and not they could have been more concise.
Also when the employees behind the counter move at a decent rate, the customers do too subconsciously, this is a psychological effect know as "mirroring", so when the employees slow down, the customers do and it is decrease the flow of the line on two levels.
Usually my burrito is about twenty percent larger, and I usually have a decent amount of chips, this was a little short and they also seemed like they had been sitting out all day. I will attach a photo of the chip situation.
All in all, I would call today's performance "a lack of care". It seems that more training...
