My family & I decided to visit P.F. Changs in Raleigh at the Crabtree Valley Mall this last Saturday. We had gone to PF Changs many years ago in San Diego CA and had a wonderful time, the food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, this time was different. The first thing I noticed as we walked up the ramp towards the front door, there is trash littering every inch of the ramp and stairs to the door... cigarette butts, paper trash and refuse every step of the way. At first I thought, well, it's a Saturday, maybe they're busy. However, upon entering the restaurant, it was obvious that this location is in dire need of a deep cleaning and possibly restoration. As you enter the dining room to the left, there is a large piece of black wallpaper (2 or 3 feet in size), literally peeling off the wall. Why? I stared at it in disbelief. The lighting is dim except for an overly bright light shining directly down upon your table...an annoying and horrible way to eat a meal with such a distraction. I looked down and noticed the carpeted floor is absolutely filthy, covered in leftover food, silverware, trash, etc. The atmosphere is atrocious, dark and dim (except of the annoying, extremely bright table light), with black wall paper peeling off the wall. I am certain the dim lighting hides the grim reality of the over used dining area. Many of the tables were greasy and covered with leftover over food and dirty dishes, (where was the bus-person)? The table and chairs looked unclean and damaged or over-used. The hostess was prompt & attempted to seat us quickly, however, she looked unkempt and exhausted, I felt a bit sorry for her. We asked for a booth, however, I quickly whispered to my wife (after noticing the disgusting state of the dining area) that we planned on dining elsewhere. We left quickly and have no plans to return, the owners of this PF Changs should be ashamed of themselves, I am shocked they have a passing...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at P.F. Chang's in Raleigh, North Carolina, and I must say it was a remarkable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the pristine cleanliness and inviting ambiance of the restaurant. The attention to detail in maintaining such a well-kept establishment was impressive.

The menu at P.F. Chang's offered a delightful array of options, and I found myself spoilt for choice. The variety of flavors and the incorporation of fresh ingredients truly showcased their commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience. Whether you have a preference for bold flavors or more subtle tastes, there is something to suit every palate.

What made my visit even more memorable was the chance to enjoy my dinner at the bar. Not only did it provide a lively atmosphere, but it also allowed me to witness the skilled bartenders crafting delectable cocktails. Speaking of which, I had the pleasure of trying their signature cocktail and it was nothing short of perfection. The balance of flavors and presentation were on point, elevating my dining experience.

To my surprise and delight, the manager, Kandi, took the time to personally visit my table and engage in a friendly conversation. Her genuine interest in ensuring that everything was to my satisfaction was a testament to the outstanding customer service at P.F. Chang's. It was evident that they prioritize creating a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and cared for.

Overall, my visit to P.F. Chang's in Raleigh, North Carolina was an exceptional one. The combination of a spotless venue, a diverse and delicious menu, a delightful cocktail experience, and outstanding customer service left me thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend P.F. Chang's to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience...

RUNN don’t walk to this location!!! I received the best service today! Let’s start first with Angel, who even though I was by myself she accommodated me to a booth. She was very pleasant the whole way. Kudos on Angel on bringing me the special you guys were running!! Next up!!! CAMILLE, THE BEST SERVER I’ve ever encountered in this part of town!! She was very nice and got my order right the first time! They bought out my meat before my rice and as soon as I told her she got right on it and took back to get a new dish! She checked on me every 3-4 minutes (yes I time my servers). Everything I asked for she bought it out with no hesitation. Her attitude was amazing, she kept a smile on her face the whole time interacting with me. Now to the food. The meat was to die for!! Very tender and the BBQ sauce was spot on. Tasted like my dads homemade recipe! The rice was phenomenal!! Too many carrots for me but you can always take those out. The food taste great and very well seasoned. Now let’s get to the drinks!! OMG! They are running a special on a drink called Lychee Cosmo!! Run don’t walk to get that!! It’s the best! Great taste that us women love! Thanks to the bartenders who made them tonight! Camille says you two are the best here! They put their all into these drinks! I had 3 (don’t judge me)!! This establishment was very clean and had a great ambiance to it. I also met the manager Ted! Such a great guy! Very great energy and spirit!! Ted, give yourself a pat on the back! Not only do you have a great restaurant you also have an awesome staff!! Anyone out there looking for great food, awesome servers and a professional manager, head on over to this location!!!! You won’t regret it! Tell them Karma sent ya!! Thanks again Camille and Ted! You...

My mom and I enjoyed our afternoon at Pf Changs. After a short debate, we decided to sit at the bar and hang out with the bartender Megan. I have no idea how she was speaking to guests at the bar and filling so many bar orders. She was very kind, patient, and helpful. We checked out the menu and decided on crab wontons for our appetizer, and then, for our meals, we got the Mongolian beef and beef with broccoli. Both were delicious and were larger than expected, especially for $13 each. I love that there was tons of flavor and the beef, broccoli, and mass amount of fried rice was not overly salty or processed. It tasted real and good, which compared to a lot of other Chinese focused restaurants, this is not the case. Also, I liked that I was able to try the sake before committing. I enjoyed every sip and bite. Minus one star for the huge amount of rice compared to other ingredients. There was barely any beef or broccoli in my dish, and my mom's Mongolian beef was about the same. All rice and no beef or other ingredients. For the price, we were expecting a smaller size, but not fewer other ingredients. We had to buy a bag of broccoli to add to both of our meals.

Stopped by P.F. Chang’s expecting a standout dining experience, but honestly… it was mid. First off, the presentation had me hyped — crispy rice noodles, a pile of lettuce, and a mix of diced chicken with dark sauce. It looked decent enough for a lettuce wrap starter, but the flavor? Meh. The chicken was ok, the texture felt rubbery in parts, and the sauce was bland at best. Nothing balanced, just heavy soy and mystery oil. The lettuce was fresh, but let’s be real — that’s the bare minimum. The restaurant itself is definitely trying hard to impress with its vibe — dramatic wall art of a warrior woman, moody lighting, and a modern bar scene. But once the food hits the table, it’s like all that ambiance is trying to distract you from what’s really going on: overpriced, under-seasoned fusion food. Not horrible, but far from memorable. For the price point, I expected way better. If you’re just here for aesthetics or a casual night out, fine. But if you’re craving legit flavor or authentic Asian cuisine, there are better options. Would I come back? Maybe. It wasn’t terrible.
