I am not all about people losing their jobs but this woman has NO customer service skills and clearly can’t do her job right either! She gets my order wrong constantly and I am tired of paying for food/coffee that I won’t drink because it’s made incorrectly. This morning I kindly pointed out that my drink was made incorrectly and she refused to fix it saying “Well, I already made it” to which I replied with “OK, then I can leave.” Dunkin - I am a customer. I am not paying for goods that I didn’t order and are made incorrectly by your staff - like today I will just leave. I ended up stoping at a Tim Hortons on my way to work AND they got my order right! Read moreI love dunkin and never I got such a bad coffee… i asked for caramel cappuccino regular small size and she just gave regular coffee. After I taste it, I asked her if it is caramel cappuccino and she recklessly added caramel syrup and gave me back. And that coffee finally was very bad. I was on my way to some place and stopped at this Dunkin, and completely disappointed. And my friend’s vanilla chai latte wasn’t also good. However Crossiant egg and cheese was okay. This made my morning very bad😢..
