Just rushed there after a 12 hour workday.. arriving at 8:36pm. As I was about four feet from the door a gentleman walked from inside the store to the door and locked it!!! Incredibly rude. The website says 9pm closure. Last week I was there TWO nights in a row and they closed at 9. I will never shop there again. Last week when I was there looking for a specific balloon, I asked for help as I had forgotten my glasses. I couldn’t see the numbers and the young man behind the counter said “sorry you have to look up and let me know”!!! I was along with another couple the only shoppers left at 8:45…..and I know this because the same young man answered a call and said “ yeah only two left, they aren’t getting much!” For the record I spent $93.00….. The young girl, who appeared inexperienced, filled the 0 balloon without issue, but she was very forceful with the straw and tore the 8 balloon near the opening where she inserted the straw. She attempted to scotch tape it, but it did not work. I paid $17.99 to fill the 2 balloons before she started. The only solution the owner offered was I could buy two new matching size number balloons for $36, but she would not credit me the amount I already paid to blow up the 8 balloon her employee damaged. Owner told me “the helium is like gold” and she only guarantees the helium if you purchase the balloon there. Forget about guaranteeing the helium...she simply refused to guarantee her employee's...

We are very loyal customers...we spend a lot of money here and always come here vs another store or shopping online bc it is our local spot and we like to support the family owners. Recently bought a costume for my four year old, got it home and it was missing a piece. First to admit I didn’t have a receipt bc My mom bought this for him as a gift.
