Writing this review in hopes that the owner sees it. I came here for a mom’s night out with a few friends, when I went to order a beer the bartender (girl with tattoos, dark hair, and nose ring) carded me and I didn’t realize my ID had expired two weeks prior- she refused to serve me (understandable) but the way she spoke to me was a bit condescending and short. We decided to sit outside and I tried one sip of my friend’s beer. The same bartender runs outside, clearly on a power trip and rudely tells me she can see me through the glass windows and that if I take another sip of my friends beer, she’s going to ask me to leave. The way she addressed me was very aggressive and argumentative. We decided to talk to the manager who was nice enough but there was zero apology from her or from this employee. She comped a beer and hop water and figured that was adequate enough to make us go away. She made excuses for this employee saying that college students are home right now and they’ve been having issues. So basically assumptions were made based on my appearance. There are right and wrong ways to conduct yourself in a customer service role- and I totally understand the need to follow the law to protect your business, although neither of my friends were carded so the consistency in the “rule following” isn’t really there. Kindness and an apology go a long way. this was not the right way to handle the situation at all, and I feel that I was singled out. As a new mom who doesn’t get out very often and needed to blow off some steam, this totally put a damper on the evening and we will not...
Read moreFirst of all, this place was so welcoming! The moment you walk in, the open layout just makes you feel right at home. The vibe is super laid-back and casual—no need to get all dressed up. I was in a dress and tennis shoes, and I felt totally comfortable.
They’ve got these fun pinball machines (three of them!), which are a blast even if you have no idea how to play—like me, lol. It’s fun to just give it a try, especially if you’re there with friends and want to get a little competitive.
There’s also a cute little wall of gifts—things like branded glasses, stickers (I love a good sticker for my water bottle), and other cool merch. And let’s talk about the beer! They actually can it right there in the brewery. I’m not even a beer drinker (I’m a tequila girl all the way, with the occasional glass of wine), but I had the watermelon cider and it was delicious. Seriously, I’d go back just for that.
They’ve got seating for all kinds of groups—some cozy tables for small get-togethers and big ones if you’re rolling deep. There’s also this black wall with neon writing that makes for a super cute photo op.
The service? Amazing. Everyone was warm, friendly, and made me feel right at home. It’s honestly just a great spot to hang out, relax, and vibe with...
Read moreMovement isn’t just a brewery—it’s a destination. The best place for craft beer lovers to gather and enjoy a variety of tasty beers, and a place that’ll have your taste buds have begging for more.
From the moment you walk in, the vibe is chill, inviting, and full of that “we actually love what we do” energy. The beer lineup is stacked—every brew from is a slam dunk. You know this place is next-level when they drop a new flavor that makes you reconsider your whole personality.
But I figured out their secret ingredient? Allison. She’s the glue and the heart. She doesn’t just pour beers—she crafts an experience. Friendly, funny, and always two steps ahead of what you didn’t even know you wanted. She’s the kind of person who remembers your go-to pint and your dog’s name.
Movement Brewery has officially ruined all other breweries for me in the best way possible. Great beer, chill vibe, and amazing environment? Say less. I’ll be back next weekend. And during the week. And every day I’m craving...
