Whoever manages this Wendy’s deserves a promotion and I’m not one of those people that thinks everyone should get a trophy or that “pretty good” is a positive thing. I worked in the fine-dining industry for over 15 years and am actually quite hard to please, although I don’t commonly complain either. No, these Wendy’s workers, from the girl over the speaker who took my order to the gentleman who handed me my food, were the most customer-service oriented, considerate, and expedient restaurant staff I have EVER been handed hot and delicious fast food by. Maybe even ANY food by. The girl at the speaker greeted me immediately, then clearly ensured I got exactly what I wanted in my $5 dollar BIGGIE BAG from burger to sauces and was genuinely cheerful in asking! The girl that took my money and handed me my change was just super NICE and, when she handed me my change, she cradled it skillfully all the way into my palm so as not to worry me about it falling out of my hand. I had never in my life seen someone do that! But, I kid you not, what an enormous relief of incremental worry! Like, THANK YOU. I never realized how many times that small interaction has minutely and continuously been a source of guarantee stress in my life! It was just like, STARTLING, how one girl using deliberate caution regarding something so seemingly inconsequential could be so elating to me as a person. Seriously! And, as I then began to wonder if the final point of contact could possibly maintain this great experience, the window was all ready gently sliding open as I pulled up wherein the gentleman who handed me my food was looking directly into my eyes and despite wearing a mask I could see had an absolutely sincere smile under there and a kind expression. He thanked me and paused with no implication of rush to get me going, to see if I needed anything further, then gave a wave as I moved forward. Opening my bag, I swear I was looking for SOMETHING to be wrong but, it was PERFECT. The food was hot, fresh. Every sauce was there. Even the amount of ice in my drink was exactly what I would have put in it. To this whole crew: THANK YOU. I never contemplated fast food as a categorical “fine-dining” experience. I would never have imagined that was a possibility. Today, you changed that notion. Just, 5+++++ stars and all...
Read moreOh my goodness, we came to try the new promotion for Wednesday. To start of no one greated myself or my family, even the worker coming out the bathroom. Ordering from kiosk to get our Wednesday meal and frosties. Get done ordering but no receipt printed out, ok whatever. Then after using that nasty bathroom that should be tended to (yes still used even dirty, i squat to use ublic potties anyways, im a mom who couldn't hold bladder so dont judge) as im sitting at table with family i hear i think manager, say she'll be back in thirty to go get more fries, but still not one worker came up to let us know a delay in our order because of damn fries! So the other workers didnt start to make my families order until my husband brought it to their attention, and the male counter worker proceeded to hand my husband a bag thats been sitting for a while saying oh this is your order, NO its not because 1 its been sitting for like 20 minutes now 2 where are the three frosties we ordered along with our fries? Ohhh now they tell us no fries, even though we over heard, comman courtesy is to let your customers who just ordered and PAID that you're out of fries, and thats why there's a hold up on our order. We weren't the only ones either had another family and 2 door dash drivers waiting all because nobody knew to speak up that they're out of fries, this store needs a rude awakening whoever runs Sunday shift around 3pm 4pm. I normally come during weekdays during my lunch and no problems but this time was sad and pathetic, had to ask them to wipe down the sticky tables, floors sticky. Someone save this...
Read moreHorrible waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for my family to get Wendy’s because there dinning room area is closed due to the pandemic. No problem it will be fresh.. OH YAH SO FRESH IT WAS STILL FROZEN! The chicken was frozen in the middle along with the nuggets and how were all my fries old and cold? When there were SO MANY CARS IN AND OUT THE DRIVE THRU. I tried to call once I got home and bit into the frozen chicken surprise surprise no answer. So I left a voicemail no return call. Man it’s sad Wendy’s used to be sooo good. Now there cups of chili is more like a hit and miss from a hunk of beef in the middle of a cup or bean water like my cups of chili. SMH 🤦🏼♀️ Now they will blame the pandemic when in FACT it’s still there fault like many other fast food corporations THAT do not PAY A LIVING WAGE. That IS WHO TO BLAME. ALSO FAST FOOD CORPORATE THE PROBLEM IS NOT YOUR MENU ITS THD QUALITY AND THAT ITS OLD THAT IS THE PROBLEM. Just because I get fast food does not mean I want old food. When your food is old it makes it have a greasy film on the top of your fried foods and your fries becomes shriveled hard potatoes. I will be disputing this with my bank and I have pictures. Take care...
