I just left this location and am shaken up after being spoken to in a poor manner by the owner. I ordered a small raw juice which had a lot of pulp (in the top half of the cup). The employee was kind enough to offer to remake it and use a strainer. I said ok but when I saw the size of the holes in the strainer I changed my mind. I wanted juice only as it should be. She needed the owner to give the refund and when he came from the back to the register to give me the refund he said, "I don't know why you're complaining. There's nothing we can do about it". I asked, " Why are you getting upset?" He said that he wasn't and said something to the effect that that is how the drink is and "Maybe you should make it at home". I said, "I do make it at home. I've been to other Juice it Ups and it doesn't have pulp. I've been here before and it didn't have pulp. You don't have to get upset". I did not deserve to have any of that said to me. I was polite and my tone never escalated. His tone didn't either, but I didn't deserve to have him say those words to me when all I wanted was a drink that had no pulp when it is not supposed to have pulp in the first. If that was the case I wouldn't even buy it. Having pulp in the raw juice drink is not standard. To be treated that way when as the owner he was well aware that as a standard, raw drinks are liquid only. I did nothing to deserve those rude words or for him to accuse me of complaining and to tell me I should make it at home.😔 To the owner, this was hurtful and upsetting. I left feeling nervous (literally shaking) and mistreated. You were wrong and out of line. I never complained. I simply wanted my drink made as it is supposed to be and when I saw that it wasn't and that it still wouldn't be even if it were remade, I opted out. Read morei have been to other juice it ups but this one is by far the worst one. the girls that work there are so rude and do not know how to make bowls. the bowl i got was super nasty and they put as little toppings as possible. they tried to tell me that i didn’t ask for bananas but the bananas come in the bowl i got they said that was just recommended but ive been to other locations and that was never the case they put the toppings that it originally comes with unless you ask otherwise and ask if you want any additional. these girls either don’t know what they are doing or just pick and choose who they want to give a hard time which is sad because i spent money there NEVER going back to this location again and don’t recommend anyone else does. also the bowl i got made me very sick. they definitely do not know how...

When I ordered my Melon Madness, as I have done for the last 10 years, I ended up with a Mango Mania. I let them know they made an error and I was then told that I made the error. I asked if they could fix it, since this a drink I never order, and again I was told no because they already made it. They said I did not have to take the drink but I would not get a refund.
