We are so excited to have a bushfire kitchen in the area! I was unaware of bushfire kitchen until they opened one here in Rancho and boy have I been missing out! We had the pleasure of joining them for their soft opening and I can tell they will stay busy. First off the customer service is superb, hats off to the owner Clive, the CEO Oliver, Tyler the Director of operations, Josh the DM, and Paul the GM. They make coming to this establishment fun and upbeat. I love that they always have a smile on their faces and are eager to help you out. Now let’s get to the food, the empanadas are to die for and the idea of “empanada of the month” is genius, has me looking forward to what’s coming out next! This months empanada is guava and cream and it’s delicious and served warm. The chicken and veggie empanada’s are great too make sure to get the chimichurri sauce with it. The cookies are great my favorite so far is the triple chocolate. Plate wise I go for the tri tip chimichurri plate with a side of Mac and cheese and sweet potato fries. My husband doesn’t even like sweet potato fries but he loves bushfire’s, and the Mac and cheese is perfect. The staff is very friendly, patient and knowledgeable about their products, very helpful if you happen to have any allergies or diet restrictions. We were down in the Rancho Cucamonga area visiting family. We were looking for a healthy place to eat with a variety options. We decided on Bushfire Kitchen and we were very happy with our choice. The restaurant has a nice outdoor seating area for groups of four and tables for larger groups. The staff were friendly and the food came out promptly. The food was very delicious with large portions and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. In addition, they have the Stubborn brand sodas and other juices. The chimichurri tri-tip plate was a grass-fed tri-tip with an excellent housemade chimichurri sauce on the side. Bushfire kitchen also had a variety of grass-fed burgers and sandwiches, which I will try next time. They also have a great happy hour which is everyday from 2-5 pm. Nice discount on beer, wine and some appetizers. As I was leaving the restaurant, I noticed hardly any plates had left over food and I can see why. First time here and it did not disappoint. I had the surf and turf wirh Brussels sprouts and butternut squash, it was delicious. I would come back and get the same thing.

Hubby got the tri tip plate with Mac and cheese and mixed veggies. He was so in love with his plate.

We do have to say its pricey but so worth it because the portions are not small at all. I'd definitely recommend this place over a bbq place for the trip tip. It was so soft and they cook it to your liking.

Their soft drink are all the stubborn brand if you love that soda. We also lastly tried the chicken and the beef empanada. The chicken was recommended by the cashier and I have to say she wasn't wrong. They are both good but the chicken supersedes the beef.

Now let's not talk about their chimichurri sauce omg. Yum. I truly recommend this location. They have something for everyone.
