my 2nd time in two weeks, that customer service was very...POOR. 2 weeks ago I went to buy ube cake and told the salesperson 2X to make sure. I did not check the box and when I came home , it was mango cake inside the box, very disappointed. Today I went again to buy ube roll, it took the salesgirl/cashier (host code#22, Rancho Cucamonga) to ask what customers wanted to buy, very poor customer service again... Whoever the owner or supervisor , please train properly your employees. Hopefully next time I come there will be changed for a better/good customer service. Customers will surely love to come back with a Happy and Friendly Sales...

The 2 employees ( young man and older women) working on 11/6/2025 at 6pm had us waiting in line for 10 minutes while they sat there talking with friends (who we thought were also picking up an order) that visited their work. If we hadn't have asked if we can pick up our order there while we were behind the other people they wouldn't have even asked us if we were waiting in line for anything. They would have fully still been kicking back and talking with their friends.

I wouldn't have even minded if they were talking if they at least asked us what are order was and were talking while getting it...

I have mixed feelings about this location. Love it because it's the closest and they were the 1st location we ever went to. Employees are friendly and helpful. This location is located inside of a big market/ grocery store with food shops as well. So, unfortunately, on a few occasions due to the open food places frying fish and other things.
