This is the worst McDonald’s location I have ever been to. If I could leave negative stars I would. I came through the drive-thru with my family and I had ordered some food through the speaker, but then I realized that the cashier didn’t add in two of my sandwiches once I had already paid. I told the woman where you pay that I wanted to add in the 2 sandwiches that she forgot and she told that I had to go around and make line once again. I told her “No, I’m already here, why do I have to go around and wait to place my order?” She then started taking other orders before adding my order and created a long line behind me. I then finished paying for my added ordered and moved to the second window. The lady at the second window gave me my first order and said to go wait in the parking spots out front. Every time I go out front at this location they never bring me the correct order. (They never put sauce even though I ask them to please add it with my order so I always end up having to walk back in.) I politely told the manager, I didn’t get her name, she’s an African American woman that I did not want to go park and that I would wait for my order at the window. She then told me that I would have to wait because I added in 2 sandwiches, but the issue was that it was their mistake for not getting my order in correctly in the first place AND the lady taking the orders should’ve added my order instead of telling me to go back around and taking other peoples’ orders. When I made it clear that I wasn’t going to go park she started being rude with an attitude and told me that she was going to issue me a refund for both sandwiches. I did request a refund, I just simply wanted my two sandwiches which do not take long to make. Several minutes after her arguing, she slammed the window and grabbed my sandwiches. It took her longer to argue than for her to give me my food. She gave me my food all aggressively.
Two weeks after that incident, I returned back to this location and ordered 4 hamburgers. The same manager from last time , handed me my order and she was laughing with the other coworkers. I had asked her for 3 ranch sauce and she said that after 2 they have to charge. I have been coming to this location for YEARS and not once have they ever charged me for 3 sauce until that incident that I mentioned above. She needs to take a customer service class, especially if she’s going to hold that position as a manager because clearly she’s lacking customer service skills. I will be reporting both incidents to corporate.
PEOPLE: This location messes up your order most of the time. I would highly suggest that if they send you to go park and wait for your order, you should kindly tell them that you will rather wait at the window, that way you can make sure that you will be getting your correct order. Otherwise, you will have to walk back in if you are missing some items. I have parked multiple times in the past, and it never fails where I have to walk in every time after parking...
Read moreA year ago I lived in Cucamonga and ate at this McDonald's regularly. The service was always friendly and good, Place was clean and food was good and made to order. Today (bit of a story) I couldn't tell you what happened. I'm in town visiting old friends and stop in. The drive thru was packed so I chose to go in. They've installed new kiosk and since no one was manning the register I chose to order from it. Bad placement by the way, but not too many choices for the way this place is set up. After placing my order the payment machine didn't work and I had to take it to the register anyway. Someone finally noticed me and came to take my payment. As busy as the drive thru was the inside was practically empty. We got our food and my spouse noticed the fries were cold and hard, I noticed they were unsalted. His burger was wrong, so he took it back up and asked for the correction. They gave him another wrong burger so he went up again. This time they had to put in for a new one. It took 45 min for him to get his burger. Both our burgers were rare. Since we actually prefer this we didn't complain but its odd for a fast food establishment to serve burgers under cooked. During our wait we heard many customers from the drive thru come in and complain about waiting in the parking lot for over 30 min and others complained of receiving the wrong order. One person got home and came all the way back because his wifes burger had paper in it, he also complain about all the other mistakes of his order since he had to come back. I don't know if this was a bad day for this location but I can't see myself going there again any time soon. Messes were on the floor and a staff member was mopping everywhere except were the spills were. Most of the tables had not been cleaned and I even saw a lady come in with her young child and was wiping down her own table to sit at. I realize this is fast food so my expectations are never unrealistic, but this was more than a one off mistake, it was a catastrophe. How am I as a hard working citizen supposed to support pay increase therefore increases in my food I order if the persons serving and preparing this food can't even do some of the most simplest job. I can pay close to the same price at a diner with way more food quality and selection and be waited on and the server bend over backwards to get it done. What is it this location can do to make me, the consumer, choose them over all my other choices. I really hope this is not the new norm...

Rating: 1/5
"I'm writing this review to bring attention to the appalling behavior of two employees at this McDonald's location. After being served a raw chicken burger to my pregnant girlfriend, we encountered a nightmare of a experience with the staff.
The lady at the window (African American, 5'5", oversized blue shirt, night shift on Wednesdays) had a disgusting attitude, finding it amusing that we were upset about the raw chicken. She even threatened to call the police while we were trying to resolve the issue with the manager!
The manager (Hispanic, 5'7", ponytail/bun) was equally unprofessional, laughing and arguing with a pregnant woman who was understandably upset about being served raw food. Her management skills are severely lacking, and she failed to efficiently resolve the issue.
Both employees showed a blatant disregard for customer safety and satisfaction. Serving raw chicken is unacceptable, but the way these employees handled the situation is even more alarming. They should be held accountable for their actions and considerate of the well-being of customers, especially pregnant women. McDonald's needs to take action and retrain or terminate these employees to maintain a safe and respectful environment." I’m sorry to the owners and managers who were not involved in this situation these reviews shall be seen until the people are removed from that McDonald’s cause to me it seems I’m not the only reviewer who’s had an issue with these specific employees please someone look into this & get it fixed this the local McDonald’s and as far as Ik it was great before a bunch of immature kids...
