Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Rancho Mirage

ZERO stars!!!! I am SOOO upset. I have ordered delivery from this Krispy Kreme donut shop twice, the first time was for my daughters school Career Day, we ordered DOZENS of donuts to be delivered. When it was 30 minutes late I called and they informed me that they could not make the delivery, so I had to rush down and pick them up myself. I chalked it up to it being a new business and them trying to get their ducks in a row. The second time I ordered from them was this week, 2 years later. I received an email from them advertising St. Patrick's Day donuts and free delivery, so I jumped on it thinking my kids will love a special delivery from some Irish friends! I ordered them on Monday 3/14 to be delivered at 7:30am on St. Patrick's Day (3/17) a 4 day lead period. I received a text message less than an hour before they were supposed to arrive letting me know that my order has been changed or cancelled and to call the donut shop. When I did I was left on hold for over 20 minutes on the delivery line and repeatedly called the local store where no one picked up!! My mom also pre-ordered 2 dozen St. Patrick's Day donuts for her office but did it through Door Dash and when her delivery driver showed up he called her and informed her that they did not have St. Patrick day donuts and asked what she would like instead. Feeling badly for the Door Dash delivery guy she just asked for an assortment. He was there for 2 hours waiting for donuts that had been pre-ordered!! You would think that they would have seen pre-ordered donuts come in and reached out to their customers letting us know that they were not participating in this nation wide special orders. The best Krispy kreme in the world. Went there passing by on my vacations at a resort close by to that Krispy kreme. The whole staff the manager everyone was amazing. Went to do the moment of magic what they call in customer service class the best experience you can give to any customer and it's like basically first impression. They did exactly that. They treat you so nice so happy. Great service. Super detailed and experience on how they make and how it's done the whole process while been so nice and happy and loving great service felt like a movie like willy Wonka and the chocolate factory and I had won the golden ticket. That's how it felt that day. Amazing after showing you all their tour they treat you with a donut freshly made si mouth watering so soft so melting so yummy so good. It was out of this world. Great service. Atmosphere. Quality. Clean. Lots of parking great. Would recommend to the whole world and would suggest all Krispy cremes to be like this . I mentioned I've been to many crispy cremes around California and none of them are like this one at this location anyone living around this Krispy cremes considers yourself blessed and lucky and the best donuts. Because in los angeles, Carson, torrance,anywhere in l.a hasn't been this great . The donuts were decent, i really liked the lemon filled ones. Service was subpar and definitely need more training. Natalie, the girl who helped me was actually really nice and was patient with me when I was deciding my assorted donuts. She also offered me a sample of their glazed which was nice. I was extremely happy and excited that Krispy Kreme carried lemon filled donuts so I couldn’t contain my excitement. Belle on the other hand was annoyed with my excitement and rolled her eyes when I was ecstatic of the many choices Krispy Kreme had.

My experience went downhill from there. Afterwards, Belle tried to act nice and provide better customer service but no thanks, my mood was already ruined. Krispy Kreme definitely needs workers who are just ecstatic as a customer is not workers who roll their eyes and act as if their job is so hard to be happy.

Maybe I’ll return, but not anytime soon as I can probably find a mom and pop shop that carries lemon filled donut and who will...
