I live in Irvine & commute to work once a month & I try not to ever leave Rancho Mirage without stopping at my favorite bakery & sandwich shop. I go to the small one inside Clark's Nutrition & their sandwiches always hit!!! I sometimes also grab a loaf of fresh bread, bagels or the Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.

We shared the Bystander on jalapeno cheddar bread & the Prime Cut on rye bread. My reliable option is the Aspen on a croissant. SO GOOD! I am never disappointed in anything I try there. My assistant tells me the full store in Palm Springs is even better & I cannot...

Excellent place for the most delicious sandwiches made fresh served in a box with a cookie, pickle and a small potato salad. Everything is beautifully designed and very tasty.
