I always have great experiences here with the food and service. The staff here are always very friendly and nice.
Food: The food is great! I’m paying extra for higher quality food so to me it’s worth it. Five Guy’s burgers are juicy unlike their local competition which are dry, bland, and all you can taste are the condiments. Fries are always a generous serving and freshly fried - hot. The shakes are awesome and customizable.
Speedy service: Surprisingly, I am amazed how fast they work compared to their competitors around here with drive-thru’s. I literally can order and be out with my order in hand faster than most competitors with drive-thru’s around here. Kudos!
Only negative experience (long time ago): I had only one negative experience here a great while ago with a new guy working the register (who haven’t seen since) having a personal conversation with his friend when there was a line waiting and then he forgot to make my milkshake. Read moreCeliac disease friendly restaurant -- America is the land of "dine out now," quick service meals. Having a health condition which prohibits doing so in ANY capacity is life altering. On our visit, we got to experience a little sliver of normalcy thanks to Five Guys and their amazing staff. EXTRA special shout out to ERNESTO A! They went out of their way to make a big show about announcing a serious food allergy order coming, cleaned all surfaces, everybody switched to fresh gloves, the works. This, combined with food safe separation of products meant two people were able to enjoy a special, rare, and actually relaxing meal "out." This makes us feel like normal, welcomed, included and cared about human beings and I'm so grateful for it. Thanks for feeding us great food and making us feel so cared for...
Read moreSo My son and our Soccer Team all decided to Come to 5 guys passing through Rapid City.. Ill give u its 9pm however this Location does not close till 10. They literally tried to charge a 13 year old 20$ for 1 burger, 1 fry, and 1 drink. Then I noticed they were not cooking us fresh food but using half and 3rd pattys that had been on the grill for who knows how long. When i contested the charge they refunded a 6$ charge and a 4 $ charge for what?? I still dont know. The boy never got his burger or his fries. The Manager was visably upset. I absolutly love 5 guys food, I hate leaving a bad review. The 5 guys in Cheyenne and in Casper are among the Best burger resturaunts in the entire country. Do yourself a favor and Skip the Rapid...
