I stopped at this location while traveling and in fact, planned my hotel departure to get coffee on my way out of town. Opening time was 5:00 am. I arrived at 5:15 am and went to the drive-up. It was not lit up and nobody took my order. I drove up to the window -- the people inside ignored me. I checked the opening time again -- 5:00 am. I went back through the drive up and tried to order using the speaker -- nada again. At 5:20 I got the bright idea to use the app and ordered, and then I drove up to the window. I was still ignored but I could see that the store was turning on their lights -- that seemed hopeful. After a few minutes a young woman opened the window and I told her my name and that I had ordered on the app. She then proceeded to inform me that I should have stopped at the drive-thru speaker to let them know I had ordered on the app. I kid you not. Scolded like some Starbucks rookie by someone who had been ignoring me and had not opened their store on time. I told her I had been through twice with no response. The employee seemed slightly off putting, and told us to come back the next day. My daughter was absolutely heart broken as she was leaving town, and would not be able to. We decided to head to this location in hopes they had some. To our disappointment they were also out. Low and behold, Abby, the sweet young lady running the drive thru sincerely apologized and offered a substitute of a different treat. She was very bubbly and gave another heartfelt apology at the window. She really made my daughters evening with her kindness and excellent customer service. My oldest has speech and learning delay and was very well behaved in Target so I thought about treating him and I to Starbucks. He got a cake pop and one of the gentleman at the counter was very kind and patient with him letting him choose the flavor. After receiving his treat he dropped half of it on the floor and without any hesitation the other gentleman got a new cake pop no charge for my son. Also my coffee drink was amazing and on point. My husband and I wish we got their names but those two definitely deserve a raise. I really wish the target coffee baristas...
