Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Raymore

I will never go to this location AGAIN! The manager that worked the morning shift on 07/09/25 between the times of 10:00-11:00am was extremely rude and refused to add an extra topping to my drink! Came to order a small chip ahoy blender with oat milk asked to add Oreo and was told No! I told her it’s okay I’ll go to the other location she said which one Belton and I said yes! After arriving at the Belton location in about 5 minutes I ordered the same thing small chip ahoy blender and added Oreo they first told me they can’t do it. But the manager said yes I’ll add that for you please scoot up! Once I got to the window the manager at the Belton location told me that the raymore manager is too strict! How did she know I just came from the raymore location! I’ll tell you the manager at the raymore location called Belton location and told them not to make this drink for me! How are you trying to block a paying customer for Oreos! The Belton manager is the best! And I will continue to only go there! This raymore location is terrible lack customer service, always being told what you can’t and what they won’t do!! Already did my complaint to corporate! This was my home scooters. I’ve spent a lot of money here come every weekend to get my wife and I a coffee and pretty much every other day during the week. This morning I was told that my hard earned cash was no good as they won’t take $100 and I’ve had no issues with that before. But they girl behind the register “clever one” says there’s been a spike in counterfeit bills….. if I knew how to counterfeit bills I wouldn’t be coming to scooters… also I really wanna know, truthfully, how many counterfeit bills she has seen in her life. Which since she did not want to attempt or try to attempt to count back change for $100. I went to BELTON scooters. My order at the BELTON Scooters was a tad less than $20 at which I had no troubles paying for or getting the proper change for. Unfortunately I won’t be going back to raymore scooters money is no good there. Or they just simply don’t know how to count change. $100-$20 I thought was a simple one.. apparently schools really aren’t teaching useful...

My granddaughter Miracle was working at scooters in Raymore and today she got a call from the manager Chy telling her she is fired because its to fast paced. Well its lack of training in some areas. I would like to speak to the owner of scooters in Raymore. Because this was my granddaughters first job ever and she was having a good time and was proud of herself. I will not be coming to scooters any more at any time. The manager should be fired herself for lack of training and firing my granddaughter. Shame on you! Shes 17 years old and gets this from a manager due to her lack of specific traing in areas.please owner Jack or Sandy call me or email me. My granddaughter is heartbroken.
