This is the importance of customer service...I had the choice of two different Domino's tonight, and ordered from this one which is farther away from me. I did so, at first, because they had been pleasant and prompt for a great price every time I order the carry-out three topping large pizza for $7.50 in the past. This time I got there a little late, and expected to be taking home a slightly less hot pizza, but DOH! The delivery guy took my order to deliver it to another customer by accident (and got a talking to by the manager). Now I have to wait for them to make a new one for me. No biggie, everyone makes mistakes - it is literally physically how are brains are designed so we can learn better because the brain is mostly a decision making machine. But, here's why I decided to write a five-star review for having to wait for my pizza for the second time, and why I am typing this before I drive home... ... The manager not only apologized profusely as did the other worker there, but they gave me my pizza free, which would have been enough to make me a returning satisfied customer. He also offered me the other pizza that did get delivered because they would have to throw it away. Wow, that's cool - lunch for a few days too. But wait, there's more. He also, seemingly well keyed into the right way to run his business determined, immediately called the other customer to give them their late pizza for free, and then proceeded to explain why three pizzas given away was not in the best interest of the driver (to the driver), in let's say, a manner that will likely make him learn, at least not want to make that mistake again, or quit in favor of finding a career in the fast-paced world of being a garbage man. So, I divert... I just think that this was about the best customer experience I have received in a long time (yes I'm talking to you 96 year old cashier at Wendy's). It is very important. Read moreDon’t ever go here sent me raw food no one answers phone for over 25 mins had to call another store for them to call the Gm and have them answers still took 10 mins to answer me then when I asked to speak to a manger the young man asked me why when I told him put me on hold and another young man go on started laughing and all at me a few times didn’t once say sorry for sending raw food very very rude someone who has been in customer service for over 16 years is very upset and we’ll never again go here! I will let corporate know as well what went on as I have recorded the whole convo as well! Very sad that I been sick for a few days and this the first thing I ate today and it came raw not like I can walk to the store take me 25 mins to walk there what a shame sorry but kids shouldn’t be working if they have no respect and if it wa a manger who answers the phone needs to be fired cause that is not how manager speaks to a customer let alone one who is upset cause you sent her raw food and never said sorry and also how is there 1 person in the store when a different person answer the phone and then someone else got on! Read moreIt does not deserve a star at all. This location is the bottom of the barrel. Whomever the franchise owner is, should have his/her business pulled from him/her. Latest issue at this dominoes and last one. I ordered at 830pm, they had not started my order until 945pm. I called and was told it would be out in 15 min. Lies. I called again at 1030 and was told it was on its way. Jessica the driver calls me to tell me she is here. I tell her ok, the entrance is in the front, this little b*%$ tells me to come out & get it. Rather than get angry I just went out. She was no where to be found. She dipped & didn't pick up her phone when I called. I proceeded to call dominoes. At midnight after being on hold since 11:24pm, the manager finally picked up. His excuse was because I didn't come our fast enough. 4 minutes was way too long. Excuse 2: drivers cannot come out of their cars or enter any building due to safety reasons. Excuse 3: the Reading Police Dept targets them for double parking tickets. ( they don't ticket, they have crimes to worry about, I have a garage & I called RPD to confirm that it was untrue) Excuse 4: I was rude apparently to the driver smh.
