Bakers On Broad — Restaurant in Red Bank

Walked in expecting to purchase Two Dozen assorted bagels, but was quickly told that I could not (I supposed because I would have bought them out). Like something out of a Seinfeld episode, from the kitchen, the Baker announced, "Two Dozen requires PRE-ORDER!"

F'real? I found it pretty comical as I walked out with one Dozen bagels believing I had made a mistake spending my money there. As I scurried to my car, I reached into the bag, pulled out an Everything Bagel, and sunk my teeth into it. Raw dog. No cream cheese, nothing.

Wow! The hype is REAL!

It's the greatest bagel I've ever had in my life. First of all it's massive in size, generously caked in everything bagel seasonings with the perfect amount of salt. It's light, chewy, toothy, and absolutely delicious. A far removal from the dense, break your teeth, and hit your stomach like a brick bagels you get everywhere else.

The product is not cheap, but there's plenty of bang for your buck. TREAT YO 'SELF! I can't wait to go back and load up on bagels to keep in the freezer. I might preorder... I...

THE WORST!

JUST TWO WEEKS AGO.

I LOOKED THEM UP ON GOOGLE.. THEIR HOURS ARE POSTED TILL 5:00 ON THE WEEKEND I FORGOT IF IT WAS SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.

BUT, I DROVE 6 MILES TO GET THERE. GOT THERE AT 2:00 P.M. AND WOULDN'T YOU KNOW IT THEY WERE CLOSED...

THE OWNER OR WHOEVER WAS BEHIND THE COUNTER COUNTING OUT MONEY FROM THE REGISTER AS I KNOCKED ON THE WINDOW FINALLY CAME TO THE DOOR AND COULD CARE LESS.....

EITHER THEY SIMPLY CLOSED EARLY BECAUSE THEY FELT LIKE IT AND DISREGARDED THEIR POSTED HOURS OR THEIR HOURS HAD CHANGED AND NO ONE BOTHERED OR CARED TO UPDATE THEIR POSTED HOURS ON GOOGLE. EITHER WAY THE ATTITUDE OF THE PERSON IN CHARGE WHAT'S COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.....

DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO SELL ME A COUPLE BAGELS, JUST CLOSED THE DOOR LOCKED IT AND WALKED AWAY.

HAD NEVER BEEN THERE BEFORE AND WON'T EVER GO THERE AGAIN....

ARROGANT ENTITLED WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL...

The worst service. I been there 2times first time they made my bagel salty. 2nd time I went. I said please make it extra toasted. And I called for a pickup 3 times and they kept hanging up on me. I went to there waited 30 mins I was late for work too. For one egg and cheese bagel. The bagel was soggy tasted sooooo salty and nasty I couldn’t eat it and threw it out. I’m very disappointed in the is place. I thought it would be good. They need to changed up their service. The guy in thr front doesn’t know how to do things. He just shakes his head And the lady who cooks doesn’t listen to ordered. They just lost a customer. And a lot of others I will be telling as...
