Cluck U Chicken RedBank, NJ — Restaurant in Red Bank

The last few times my boyfriend and I have ordered from here, our order has always been messed up. Items are either missing or just completely wrong. On tonight's episode of "What's Wrong With My Order?", the food my boyfriend ordered was correct but they forgot the drink which was a 20oz soda. The delivery driver said he was sorry and that he'd come back. An hour goes by before my boyfriend calls to explain the situation. The person he spoke with said that they would send a driver out with the drink within a half hour the latest and would upgrade it to a 2 liter. Two or so hours went by. No drink, no call, nothing. When he called back again, the person on the other end just asked "So what do you want to do?" My boyfriend asked for a meal credit for the inconvenience and the guy said he would put a credit on the account for 5 boneless wings and fries. After waiting about 3+ hours after initially ordering/receiving food. The fact that this is seemingly an ongoing issue, especially when it comes to the delivery aspect, is just unacceptable and unprofessional. my fiance and I stopped here at 10 pm on a Monday night after a long day. our food was prepared fresh and served hot. I had a big ol' Tex-Mex Wrap (I'm a big guy and I only ate half) with a side of rice and beans and a drink. my fiance ordered an Original Cluckwich with mashed potatoes and a drink; the sandwich she got was a Red Roman (crispy chicken breast with garlic sauce, marinara, and mozzarella on a hard roll -- contrary to what my fellow reviewer said, they do make them). not what she ordered, I think they had made it for another customer and accidentally swapped it with hers, but she loved it. the mashed potatoes had the potato skins in them, which was awesome. we spent a total of $23 including a tip. cheapest place going? no, but I would be happy to come back.

another of my fellow reviewers commented that they use a microwave. I can't say for sure that they don't have one, but there is a pretty clear view of the kitchen from the front counter and I didn't notice...

My experience with cluck unchicken it wasn't nice at all if you need to order from here you come order and wait for your food or call ahead of time and you pick it up back in January i place and order on line and I never receive my food they take my money but no food i call the store and it was close 10 minutes to 11 they dont pick up the phone any more and here I am no food upset that no one answer the phone so the next day I when to the store well guess what no manager on duty and no one help me with this issue they take my information and say the manager will get back to you 5 day when by and no one call me so I call the store and they give me a number to report this probles because I order on line they dont handle this problem ok so I call that number and I give my information again and it till know on march that I haven't resive my money back so what I did I call my back and fallow a depute on this onder money and is not cheap too ill never...
