Fable Creamery Vegan Ice Cream & Confections — Restaurant in Red Bank

During my visit, I experience good customer service: employees are helpful and kind. The establishment offers clean-good Vegan options, the employees make all consumable options in-house. Once I step into the establishment, my nostrils fill with the rich smells of ingredients available in the store. The Chocolate Brownie and Peanut Butter Cup are tasty options. The morsels of Chocolate Brownie elevate the rest of the ice cream flavor, largely understandable as the reason for its name. The Peanut Butter Cup's flavors are distinct: I can taste the dark chocolate covering the peanut butter as much as I do the peanut butter as much as I do the ice cream (which I like, for the flavor variance with each bite [particularly with a peanut butter cup morsel]). All you have to do is make sure they have their vegan “Olive Oil Brownie”, have the super nice owner place it in a bowl and pick your choice of Ice Cream scooped on top!

The owner even offered to heat up the Brownie. With their Vegan Mint Chocolate laced “Stracciatella” flavor it was a big bowl of YUM! 👅

I might also suggest pairing the vegan brownie with their vegan “Espresso” Ice Cream 🍨 for a real Italian-inspired treat!

Please note that “Fable Creamery” will be on vacation (and closed temporarily) from August 18 -26th. This place is charming and everything they serve is top quality, they even have Oat Flour-based Waffle Cones and Waffle Bowls.

Wow! So grateful that a 100% GLUTEN FREE & DAIRY FREE creamery exists! My husband has Celiacs disease and was able to eat without fear of getting sick from cross-contamination. I am lactose intolerant and was able to enjoy ice cream without getting sick. We felt great after eating here. The key-lime pie and espresso flavors were incredible and the waffle cone was crispy and delicious. My husband loved the flavor and consistency of the peanut butter brownie which had a fudge like texture. (Many GF baked goods often crumble but not these!). The chocolate chip cookie and macadamia nut cookie were both crispy and flavorful. The facility is super clean and the owner and staff are friendly.
