Manager was rude to me today 4/10/2024. I picked up a mobile order. It started at the order kiosk. I could hear her yelling in the background as I told the employee my name on the mobile order. She got on the speaker and screamed what name. I told her. She asked again. I told her again. It is one letter not too hard to comprehend. She snaps for me to drive through. I get to the window and kind young male tells me how much I owe. I tell him I've already paid. Here she comes. Charge her for this one first then this one. I said I had already paid. She repeated the price. I again told her I had already paid. So you had a whopper with tomatoes and lettuce only?? No. That was not my order. I told her what I ordered. She whirled around and went to the kitched yelling all the way. I could hear her yelling she wants everythin on it and fries. She comes back to the front and slings the bag to the young man at the window. SHE goes back to the register and tells me the price. I say I have already paid for it. She comes to the window and in the most hateful tone says you just got this. When did you pay for it? I told her when I ordered on the app. She asked me again and I told her again. She is almost gritting her teeth. She tells the young man to give me the bag and she stomps back to the kitchen!!! I am appalled how this manager behaved to a customer. How about doing...
Read moreThe manager, Yvonne Rodriguez, was extremely rude to me and would not fulfill my order through the drive-thru. She forced me to get out of my car with a two month old baby (after arguing with me in the drive thru) just to end up giving me what I asked for in the first place. She wanted to prove a point by saying that I did not specify whether I wanted an impossible whopper or a regular whopper and the coupon I used defaults to impossible burger unless I say I want a regular whopper. I told her that I never said I wanted an impossible whopper so that is a question she should've asked if she assumed that. I can't believe the inconvenience I went through just for her to give me what I asked for after I took the time to get my two month old baby out of the car to get the right order. She was aggressive when I went inside, talking over me, cutting me off and she threw my fries away that was in the initial bag. She argued with me that my order did not come with fries and I told her I paid for the fries separate from the burger. She confirmed it on her monitor and ended up giving me more fries. Read moreFirst I want to say the friendliness of the two staff members working at this location was extremely pleasant. When I arrived at the drive thru speaker it was blinking red... I did not know if that meant the store was closed or not. After about 2 minutes, at that point, I wanted to make sure the people inside were safe because there were no other cars/people around. I spoke into the speaker asking if they were OK, are you safe, is everyone OK? The friendly voice said they were shorthanded and said it would be a minute. I gave my order and patiently waited. When it was my turn at the window, I was greeted by smiles. The lady at the window was efficient and kind. The gentleman behind her asked how my day was going to which I said it was good and how was their night. They were both very tired and said people have yelled at them tonight because they were so slow. I said you can only do what you can do. They had great attitudes and performance is the absolute reason minimum wage should be raised to $15 an hour. Please give this crew more help and a raise for their dedication, smiles and hard work.
