Arby's — Restaurant in Red Wing

I was very disappointed that we got there & no other customers were there. Then all sorts of people showed up. We got our order in. But was last to get our order The fact we ordered first. The shift manager looked like he was doped up. No energy - droopy & dopey eyes. No one said sorry for us getting our food last either. WTH CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED. I used to work at the Red Wine Arbys for 5 1/2 years & even earned the Red Hat Hero award. Whatever happened to great customer service now days is totally gone. Oh I ordered Monzerella sticks & got poppers They corrected that. Time to crack down on Customer Service real bad or slot of businesses...

2nd time this year I have went through the drive through to get home and find out they weren't competent enough to put cheddar on a Beef and CHEDDAR! The employee at the drive through had a terrible attitude. Arbys is normally one of my favorite places to grab a sandwich but Ref Wing just doesn't seem to cut it. The first time this happened they just put some shredded cheese on it instead of the cheese sauce and none of the sweet sauce on it. I had a big to go order right when they opened. All the staff were courteous and nice. The manager came out and talked with me about how they're a fast food deli and only use the freshest ingredients. He offered a box for ease of carrying my order too. Everytime I go there the staff and manager are always this helpful to myself and others. The food is tasty also. I like the gyros and the curly fries alot. The fries are always nice and crispy.
