We ordered two drinks - Cortado and a lavender jasmine iced tea. The Cortado was among the best I’ve had in the IE and would easily rival places like Common Room Roaster in Long Beach or Stereoscope Coffee in the greater LA area. The texture and sweetness of the steamed milk and the flavor of the espresso stopped me in my place and I actually had to sit down so I could enjoy my drink. We were just planning on grabbing some caffeine on the road, but we found a diamond in the rough. There was not much to brag about in reference to the iced tea aside that it was well-made and precise, but that does say a lot and distinguishes it from like 83% of places that serve tea, so kudos!!! The shop is hidden in a sea of complexes, and it’s pretty small, so very easy to miss if you’re just driving by without intentions to find coffee. There’s a video of the place posted that shows three 2-tops, a small shelf/ bar (accommodates 2 people realistically), and a couch area - the video is current and accurate. The overall size of the seating area is probably about 14’x9’ to give an idea of the size of this place… so when 7 people sudden walk in at once, it can feel a little tight. Food was not available on the day we were there, but it appears it wasn’t a usual day as there was 1 or 2 vendors selling clothes, bread, pastry items immediately outside the entrance of the shop. Not sure what they normally serve. There appears to be a single ā€œbaristoā€ on the day that we were there, and I would not be surprised if that was also the owner/roaster, be kind and patient as it will be worth the wait. Parking was free and ample on the weekend. I can imagine it being much more limited during the weekday when the rest of the occupants of the surrounding businesses are in. There appears to be a designated tasting room in the back where all the magic happens. It shows in the coffee! In summary, if you’re a coffee enthusiast looking for a great cup of Joe/espresso I would highly recommend swinging by and getting your caffeine fix. My recommendation is solely based off of the two drinks we had as coffee enthusiasts, and I would love to come back to this place again next time we’re in town.

I was in downtown Redlands looking for a perfect little coffee shop to try other then the monotonous Starbucks and related variety shops. 30 minutes spent on Google maps reading through reviews, I settled on apostle brew. And let me start by saying..... WTH.... Am I at the same place all these positive reviews or tied to or is there a disconnect between them and me. The barista if you can call him that was not very friendly at all, not attentive, or carrying what so ever, very dull no energy.... Example, I came in looking around without my glasses and asked for a menu and he just pointed to the obvious trifold incased menu in front of me at my waist level as if I didn't see it already and in need of something/anything else. So I spent 10 minutes struggling to read this little menu with very few options to begin with and no assistance from this man. The shop looks like a front for something else, it does not have a codfee, cafƩ vibe at all.... There were more deliveries than customers coming in. And the coffee was average at best, as I sit here typing this the only aroma I smell here is of burnt coffee beans. Over all extremely disappointed, your online presence sets new customers up for to high of expectations all the way around, even if the coffee were improved, the atmosphere is an easy fix but yet still needs fixing(inside and out), the service needs more service (a smile, some energy and some dialogue would go a long way) and the food... I don't know you guys definitely need a whole new make over, from display, to options and promotions. Unless it's a front.... As I said earlier, then your on point( believable, minimal investment and overhead, perfect cash business model great accounting flexibility) and in that case don't change a thing except shoot me a DM.

5 stars across the board for this little coffee shop which is fairly new (6+ months) as was told to us by the barista. we ordered the 'arroz con leche' iced latte and it was delicious. the store was empty but as soon as we stepped outside there was a group of 4 headed inside and other cars that just arrived which you could tell were going to get a cup of coffee. i made sure to save this location and if we're in the area again this is a must visit. i also advise trying their pan dulce which we had and it was also delicious!

I was beyond impressed with this Coffee shop. Looking from the outside, the building is attractive. The first thing I noticed walking inside was that it was immaculately clean. They’ve done a great job organizing and decorating this place. Just by observing, it is easy to tell how important, serving and accommodating the customer is to them. The man at the register was beyond pleasant to talk to, and on top of that the cup of coffee that they gave me which was a 16 ounce cup of black cold brew (and I’m not exaggerating) the best cup of coffee that I have ever been sold. Upon first sip my mouth was just blitzed with flavor and smoothness, and at a fair price! Overall this place exceeds expectations and just feels so good. I left a tip. And will definitely be returning in the future. 10 out of 10 recommend this place, if you’re looking for a...
