La Michoacana Handmade Ice Cream — Restaurant in Redlands

Their service is awesome but the tastes of their Ice-creams are average. Some of the fruit flavors are not that good compared others. I especially love mango flavored mix with other flavours but the taste changes every time. They have so many varieties/ kind of ice-creams & cup sizes. Reasonable price compared to other places. Clean area & very friendly staff. Free & easy parking. Wheel chair accessible. Good & safe area for kids & family even though they are not the best in quality & taste but, I keep going back to them just because they are awesome people. From time to time I ask them to make out of the menu mixes and they try their best to listen me carefully & make something special. Every single time they provide me their service with a big smile & care. After all La Michoacana is all about flavor & taste & that's the reason...

Never coming back! Weird dark guy owner i’m guessing is a creep he looked at my daughter up and down yet winked ! HOW OLD ARE YOU 50??! and grabbed her hand in a sexual awkward way while giving her the change. I love rocky road but this has been the worst i’ve tasted owner seems very cheap doesn’t add much marshmallows and almonds. Infested with cockroaches seen babies walking on the floor and counter top I will be contacting the health department!

Don't bother coming here. I asked for a medium raspado and once I got to the register, the machine said large. Confused, I told her that I asked for a medium and the lady said "oh sorry, we only have large" with a dumb look on her face. You'd think it'd be nice to let me know about that before making the damn thing. I decided to let it go since I was already bothered by how long she took to serve us and the people before. Normally I'd be pretty understanding since I've worked in fast food, but that was incredibly slow and terrible service. Never coming back. Incredibly overpriced, mid quality food. Would give it 0 stars...
