Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Redlands

I gave this 5 stars because of the following. There are a few little Ceasars in my area that I drive past just to get to this one due to its service(there is always someone to be behind the counter to take your order in under 5 minutes.) The food has always been hot when I order, and to feed my family of 8 it can be done for about 50 bucks. My most recent visit the young lady behind the counter was amazing, I believe her name was Estephanie. She was friendly to every customer that I saw her interact with, after she was done taking orders I saw her go to the back and immediately start working stopping only to assist a new customer at the front, again with a smile a friendly tone. Little Caesars if you read this, she is a model employee. Every time my family has eaten from here the food if good, the cheese is melty and the pizza is hot. The crust is not stale and the toppings are not sparse. They are worth the extra drive and I will continue to order from this establishment while the service and quality...

Sad to say that today my favorite pizza chain let me down. I came in at 9:30 pm knowing that they closed at 10pm I asked for a large stuffed crust pepperoni, jalapeño and sausage pizza when the gentleman literally said “no all we got it this” and pointed to the hot and ready racks. I politely debated the fact that theirs still 30 minutes before closing and that if I would have just placed a order on the mobile app they would have still done it. He said they still couldn’t make it happen. And the real reason was because they were understaffed. I get that but it’s confusing to me because at the end of the day, they made it through the shift. Even though I hey we’re short handed. The only reason why I took time to right this review was because I don’t want other hard working Americans to rush to this particular spot to make it before they close. To only be extremely disappointed.

Wow. Let me say I absolutely love the portal. It is convenient. Ordered pizza at 7:22. App told me it was ready at 7:52 was told it was going to take 6 more mins but took more like 10 more minutes... But that is not what I am really upset about. What I am upset about is the garbage management of the staffing. There was only one person to take orders, make pizza, and cut pizza. I ordered 3 stuffed crust pepperoni. The talented gentleman had let my last pizza sit and it was burnt to hell. I had 4 hungry kids at home waiting for dad to bring home the pizza and come to find one of my pizzas is torched. The man was obviously overwhelmed. At least he had a great attitude manning the sinking ship. And why? Because someone didn't think it was necessary for at least ONE person to observe the food being cooked?...
