Well This Is A Rather Hard One To Rate Because The Service Can Be A 5 Star Depending On Whose Working That Day. I've Had A Few Issues With One Particular Short Haired Spanish Accent, Manager That Usually Work's The Morning Shift, She Seems To Be Rather Argumentative When A Customer Makes A Comment About Food Quality, I Recall Going In With My Grandchild And Ordered A Egg Cheese And Sausage Croissant Sand After Receiving My Order I New It Was Hot So Opened It To Cool Down Faster And The Egg Was Runny, So I Brought It Up To The Managements Attention. She Seemed Upset Because I Mentioned That Food Needs To Be Checked Before It's Served And She Became Verbally Speaking In Spanish As I Also Responded In Spanish About The Poor Quality Of Food And Now Her Argumentative Attitude, Bringing To Her Attention Cameras Are On And She's Being Unprofessional. Read moreMy ice tea tasted like mold, got home to look in the cup and there was bacteria on the bottom of the cup swiming around, looks like they leave it in the container without making a fresh batch daily,spoke to store supervisor and yes she stated that she was sorry and I can go in anytime and she would replace my whole meal, supervisor tasted the tea and did say that it was bad, but denied that the tea had bacteria… Please Jack in the box make fresh tea daily and make sure to wash the tea container this can make someone really sick. Supervisor argued the point with me that it did not have bacteria even though she confirmed how bad it taste, I know what bacteria looks like she stated that the tea is like that,I have made tea at fast food restaurants and that is not what it looks like or taste like. Read moreWent in today 2/04/24 3 female employees talking in group, we stood at the register and non of them greeted at all, about a minute later past we just began ordering, when we got the total I assumed it was quite high after my wife payed I asked for the receipt and yup they got the order wrong, 50/50 fault. Refund went quite confusing. As we waited for our food a female customer entered with a paper bag (jack) employees again talking about schedule in a group looking down on the lady not one greeted till customer quite a bit eager began to ask her concerns / our food sat behind the register almost 5 minutes then was given (almost cold).. they got into an altercation with the lady,,, never again we will return customer service always comes before...
