We went down to your establishment last night to have food and drinks which were so delicious. But come 7:15 last night we were told the kitchen would be shutting down and that they were going to do last call. So we decided to hurry up with our video poker on which we won a lot of money and tipped our server very well. The only issue that I have is she had a full house on the poker machines people playing pool and people wanting to come in and eat. We saw in the parking lot waiting for my husband to come out and watched about 6 people tried to enter the establishment at about 8:35 p.m. and they were told and turned away because she wanted to leave. We watched her about five times go outside and go to the end of the liquor store where a pick up was waiting with people in it. We overheard her saying I'm trying to get rid of everybody so we can leave. My experience in the food industry for over 30 years is if you have your poker machines full and people wanting to come in and eat and play video poker or play pool you are supposed to stay open. I noticed on this site that you're closing hours at 10:00 p.m. by 9:00 she had the whole place leaving when she should have stayed open for the extra hour and a half to let people continue to play video. We felt like she was just too busy and wanted to get out of there and kick everyone out. In my experience with video poker if the video poker machines are full you need to stay open. It was pretty obvious that her heart wasn't in the right place and didn't care that people wanted to come in and have a good time. Other than that we'll still go back. I fear that maybe she's causing your establishment to lose money because she doesn't want to be...
Read moreI brought in 5 seniors for lunch. I was met by the manager Mark. I told him I moved a table to accommodate us. His response was "you should have called with your group". He was very short with the seniors when asking for there drink orders and even to myself.. when he eventually came to get the orders he appeared to be inpatient with the seniors as if they weren't telling him fast enough. He heavy sighed when he found out they needed to be on separate tickets. Once our food arrived we never saw him again. He never came back to see if everything was OK. Yet he was talking to other patrons in the same room. Even refilled their drinks. We had to go ask for refills. When he did come back he left the tickets and left in a hurry. When we asked for boxes he did bring them back but hurried off again. One asked for a bag to put his boxes in, the manager heavy sighed and rolled his eyes. Is this good customer service especially from a manager? My seniors voiced we will never come back here again. I am appalled at this treatment especially to seniors. While paying my ticket i confronted him about the treatment. He apologized but i didnt feel it was honest. He grabbed my ticket and tossed it in the garbage and when i told him i needed a recipt he grabbed it out of the garbage, wrinkled up and tossed it on the bar. My husband and I frequent this place alot and have never been treated badly. I may think twice about coming back...
Read moreJust bad. I placed an order over the phone and went to pick it up and not one part of the order was correct. I asked for chili cheese fries and recieved bacon/cheese fries. I ordered a BLT sandwich and recieved some kind of lunch meat sandwich. When I was placing the order the lady on the phone went to check with someone about making sure I could order what I was asking for and I was told yes that it could be done. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger no bun and no tomatoes, and it came on a bun and had tomato. I ordered a second bacon cheeseburger with no onion and it came with onion. All the sandwiches were dry with no sauce (ketchup/mustard/mayo). When I called to tell them about the mess-up the OWNER continued to blame her employee and make excuses about being understaffed rather than taking ownership of the problem. Highly...
