Worst experience in years. Friday before Christmas my wife and I stopped to grab a burger on the way out of Redmond heading over to the valley for the evening. We ordered simply two orders of their number 2B. Pretty easy no basket no drinks just the burgers. Had to pull around front and wait for them to cook not a big deal. They brought them out to us in the truck and we opened up and discovered it is not what we ordered it was a regular burger with no bacon. So my wife took it back inside and we waited almost 15 minutes for them to bring out the replacement order. We opened it up and it was something buried and onions but neither of us can have we always order them without onions. I told the guy when he brought it out that it was a long wait and he said well it’s not our fault, it’s the cooking staff. So I started back in with the second bag of incorrect meal and was stopped by the security guard. And yes by this time I was a mildly upset person. But I told him all we wanted was what we ordered and what we paid for. He refused my entry back into the store, said that our people are very busy and that we should just be happy with what we got even though it isn’t what we ordered and paid for and that we needed to leave the premises says. I said but we need to get this corrected and he said well there are other McDonald’s in this town but I’m sure would be happy to help you but you need to leave. I’m a veteran I was wearing my hat and I have never been treated so badly anywhere for food in my life. One thing is for certain neither my wife and I will never darken the door at a McDonald’s in the United States ever again in our life. Two wrongs don't...

They did not answer . So I say there . Turned up my music to cause attention to there entire place . I have A lot of base . Finally 1 min of that . A guy opens the window and says ,”we have only two closers so we are closing early .” This McDonald’s is the only and last place open at night when I get off work . If they close early I’m out of luck . But 15- 20 min early is to early . U close at 11 . That’s not ok . And the way they just chose to ignore me without communicating isn’t ok either . He said they where closed early I peacefully disappointed drove away . And posted to Google there closed, so others didn’t drive there to eat . Seems they where looking like they where open with there open sign on and giving me every sign there open and operating . They did not apologize I have yet to speak to a manager about why closers think it’s ok to stop operating business before...
Read moreWith fast food restaurants, it's all about the employees. If you have motivated employees with good work ethic, then the chances are your food will be as expected. However, if you have inexperienced employees or, worse, indifferent employees, then it's likely you will get a product less than desirable. In my case on this visit to McDonald's my McDoubles were fine, yet my large fries were certainly not full & to make it even more disappointing, they were not fresh, being warm at best with a texture that is indicative of sitting under a heat lamp & not bring served fresh. At $3.99, a pop, already an unreasonable price, it is expected by a customer to get a product that is fresh, properly salted, and served hot. *To this locations credit, I did call to voice my displeasure & the McDonald's employee told me to come by, and it would be replaced, so I will, in fact, do that. My recommendation to others is to try to check your order before you leave the fast food restaurant so you can have it addressed prior to getting...
