I've been getting rigoberto's for years. It is usually really good. Last night my husband orderers two super burritos and one regular burrito. The regular burrito is fine for my son. But we didn't get two super burritos we got one chicken and rice burrito and one carne asada and rice burrito. The chicken and rice burrito looks kind of funny and smelled weird I ate only half. In the early morning I had the shakes, severe diarrhea, nausea, and violently vomiting. It was the only thing I ate within 24 hours so I know it was that. 🤢🤮 We hit rigoberto's at least once a week. But in the last month they've gotten every order wrong. I ordered a side order guacamole and it had avocado peeling in it and stems. And last night was the icing on the cake. It didn't even look like chicken and it didn't taste like chicken. I asked for a super burrito and I didn't get what I wanted and it made me super sick. So if you want to eat at rigoberto's take your chance! Either you'll get the right order or you won't get really really sick. In the picture you can see that it's not a super burrito. ☹️ Sad cuz I really...

Instead of going through the drive-thru, I opted to go inside to view the menu as it was my first time ordering from here. Its a small shop, 8 or so tables inside, clean and bright. I was pleasantly surprised to see the salsa bar, which has 6 different salsas, fresh sliced radish, lime and pickled carrots, and a slow cooker full of roasted/fried jalapeños and onions. The menu is hanging behind the counter, easy to read and well organized by food types. The staff was very friendly and efficient as I ordered a machaca burrito, super burrito with grilled chicken (which was huge!), and a super nachos with carne asada, also a large horchata. The food was ready by the time I got a sample of everything on the salsa bar, and prices are very reasonable for the portion size. Everything was delicious, definitely a contender for my other favorite Mexican restaurant in town. Things noticed that are not on the menu, but written on little signs next to the register: house flan, arroz con leche, pozole, and seafood ceviche. Definitely going back for more soon, and...

Update: 10/7 (1 to 4 stars): - Staff has been consistently wearing masks. Great food, fast service but a bit costly after the recent price increases.

Update 8/18 - Staff still not wearing masks - drove off without paying. Reported to health department after picking up food at Hola's. Why are these self entitled people allowed to flout the rules and put us all at risk, they should be shut down! Prices have increased on many food items.

Update 7/26: Decided to try them anyway, the food is good. However we should of just drove off as the girl working the window didn't even have a mask on. So she's the public face breathing on customers and being breathed on by customers all day without a mask. Other employees had a mask but not the person working with the public.

Called into ask if they offered Gluten free food, which most Mexican food is so long as you don't get flour tortillas. Said he didn't know and promptly hung up on me while I was asking if there was someone there that could answer...

Usually good, cheap food. The 5 rolled tacos are overcooked, but I get em anyway. Love the breakfast burritos! My only beef is with asking for sauce. I think they get it wrong on purpose. I've worked out a system based on my repeat experiences; Ask for green sauce, you get the habanero red sauce and a tasty fire-roasted brownish sauce. No green. Ask for Verde sauce, or tomatillo sauce, or anything else that resembles green picante, you're not getting green, my friend! One time, and one time only I got green sauce. Ordered a carnitas and rice burrito, and they asked me if I want sauce. I said, and I quote, "yes, the smokey stuff please!"... Now I've got the secret code down.

Rigoberto’s is the perfect spot for some late night eats! Went to the Fairwell Festival and by the time we got home everything was closed except for a few bars and Rigoberto’s, which closed at 2am. Got in, placed our order and got our food about 15 mins later. Tacos were solid (ordered 1x asada, 1x adobada, 1x chicken) and for $3.50ea you get enough meat to equal AT LEAST 3 tacos for one ordered. After two of them, I was more than full. Salsa bar had mild to pretty spicy which was a nice touch to be able to customize a little. Will probably come back here for the rest of the weekend. Compared to the best tacos I’ve eaten, these were a solid 7.5/10
