Starbucks — Restaurant in Redmond

I went an hour before they closed. I asked the girl if they were open and she didn’t even acknowledge me and just answered yeah. Then I asked her for my drink and she started complaining about how busy she was and that she had to close soon and still clean. I let her know she still had an hour before closing though unless they were closing early and she said she knew but still. Still what? Sheesh! She went on and on about this whole thing. I didn’t want to be rude to her so I just stood there and listened with no response and she still continued to complain. It was hard for me to enjoy my drink after that...

I rarely leave negative comments. Just visited to order my wife a drink as a treat since she’s been taking care of the kids all day. Didn’t even get so far as the starting line, but to notice the barista cleaning up and what looked like getting ready to close down (an hour early?) - only to hear her sigh/grunt in the displeasure that someone would come up to order a drink. I left without ordering and went across town to another Starbucks that was more than...

Was at the Starbucks inside Redmond today at 1:00pm. The 2 gals that were making coffee were really unfriendly. I really was taken back by their attitudes…No hello’s or smiles for their customers? I thought maybe they just returned from a funeral or something…It’s apparent they hate their job. A guy showed up as I was leaving and he was way more friendly to the customers…...
