Subway — Restaurant in Redondo Beach

I experienced terrible customer service from Rebecca. She was extremely rude, unreasonable, and stingy. When we pointed out that she barely put any meat on the sandwich, instead of adding more, she started spreading it around, which made it look even worse. It was so embarrassing, and even her colleague seemed uncomfortable for her. Rebecca was also micromanaging the other employee, watching closely how much she put on, making the whole situation worse. I’ve never experience such dissatisfaction at any subway location.

She forgot to add cheese to my sandwich, and when I asked for it on the side, she yelled from the bathroom, ‘Oh, make sure you charge her.’ This was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Her attitude and behavior are unacceptable. I need to speak with the store director about this situation because I will definitely never return to this...

Every time I come to this location for whatever reason it NEVER fails the store Manager always has an attitude. It’s like she does not enjoy her job. Every single time I come inside this establishment and I ask her to do specific things she catches an attitude. I come in here too often to get treated with such disrespect I’m starting to think Manager is racist. She always give me a hard time. Instead of listening to me today when I politely told her I didn’t like the way she was making my sandwich she catches an attitude and calls another lady to step in to help who was actually very nice and had great customer service. I came to this location and Rebecca took my order. She spoke to everyone that walked in after me, yet not me. She was very stingy with everything I asked for that I had to ask for seconds. She continuously rushed me after each topping, stating, “WHAT NEXT?” I had to ask her if everything were okay. It was as if she was trying to hurry me along, yet took her time and carefully fixed the orders after me, as I stayed a little longer to observe.
