Burger King — Restaurant in Redwood City

The food here is good, with one trick. You have to get the correct order. This is a complete and total crap shoot, and my experience here says that you have less than even odds on it happening.

It's a Burger King, so this review is about the specific location.

Customer Service at its absolute worst. I was here about a month ago, and ordered a combo with a side salad. Got it home, no salad, fries. Went back and had them replace the meal. I made the rookie mistake of not checking the meal again immediately on the spot. Got it home only to find that they had given me a caesar salad instead of a side salad (considering I ordered ranch dressing, this should have been a pretty big clue to the moron filling the order.)

I went there again earlier this evening, against my better judgment, and when I got home, they just gave me the completely wrong sandwich. It is obvious the people that are working at this Burger King do not read or comprehend what they are being told to fill, and there is no interest from the management to improve the situation at all.

When the orders are right, the food is fine. However, you have less than even odds on getting the correct order. Stay away. ...

This is legit becoming the worst, of the worst, of the restaurant food chains ever. This specific Burger King section, located in redwood City in Camino real got my mother's order so wrong, as well as our drinks that instead of giving what she asked, which is the Chicken King sandwich, they gave her the big fish sandwich. Somebody in there, isn't doing their job correctly well. And this is messed up because, when we were about to check it see if our orders okay, we weren't able to because of the co-workers in there giving us attitude. Specifically the old young lady at the drive-thru, who seems like she was having an off day and doesn't care about customers satisfaction guarantee. Even though it's supposed to be that the customer is always right, you really got to hate how some of the co-workers treat the customers. Overall it ain't right, and instead of hiring desperate people. They should hire people who are more than willing to get working because at least those people cares a lot about their jobs. I am never ever ever going back...

Ive been here several times with co workers the food is always great the times we've visited are usually during lunch time throughout the week.

Im giving this restaurant 1 star because of one the employee Danisha she was very rude and extremely unprofessional. Using profanity and making racial comments as well as gossiping in front of customers instead of providing service, when asking a few times if she could take our order she continued to gossip with another employee i didn't catch her name and they continued to laugh. This isn't there first time I've had a bad experience at this Burger king.ive noticed theres new staff and there completely all unprofessional and not well trained. This lady Veronica seems to be a manager because her shirt is different from employee. lve observed them a few times when i eat inside i see alot of the staff constantly eating the food from the restaurant as well some of the employee have left with bags filled of food without paying for it.
