This is my 3rd stop on the complaint train. Today's experience is unacceptable. In the heart of Silicon Valley, I work for two very high profile people. They like cold foam/ whipped cream on their coffee. Grub hub doesn't have an option for that...so I submitted the order and called the store. I explained myself and the woman on the other end would not let me speak. She said, "WE don't have any orders from grub hub, we dont have any orders from grub hub, we dont have any orders from grub hub" over and over and over, as i tried to speak. Finally she listens and tells me whipped cream costs money and I didn't pay for it and she's not giving out free things. I told her I'd pay extra, that's not the problem. Problem is I CANT ADD IT ON THE APP! I asked her name, which furthermore enraged her and I will not type here what more was said. All I have to say is, i have heard from several people at my work how disrespectful the workers are at this location. Specifically a heavyset brunette woman. Seeing other reviews, i can attest to this as well. I reached out to grub hub to cancel the order Jessica says she didn't have and they couldn't cancel it, because it WAS BEING PREPARED!! I told them I'm throwing the drinks away, as this person Jessica does not sound mentally well and I wouldn't put it past me that she spits in their coffee. Well, Jessica is spiteful because the drinks came, watered down...no cream...no STRAWS!! I called it. It's upsetting that in this time, our country is in shambles, we're divided...the least thing that should be upsetting is paying for a freaking coffee. It's a good lesson to show my kid. Do not be a Jessica in an industry where you're starting someone's day off. You can be kind. You have no idea what someone is going through. In this case they had no idea who these coffees were for. If they knew, I'm sure the tone would have changed. Dunkin, i hope you do better. I hope Jessica has the day she deserves. Spite and disgust is not a good...
Read moreI visited the store about 20 minutes ago after placing an order through the app for 24 donuts. When I arrived, I was greeted by a Hispanic lady who was extremely rude and provided very poor customer service.
Not only did she not have my order ready, but her attitude throughout the interaction was completely unprofessional. She was disrespectful, dismissive, and showed no willingness to help or solve the issue. It truly felt like she didn’t care at all about the customers or the service she was providing.
I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but if someone doesn’t enjoy their job or isn’t willing to treat customers with kindness and respect, maybe this isn’t the right position for them. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism.
I’m very disappointed with the experience, and I hope management addresses this situation appropriately. No customer should be treated this way, especially when we’re paying for a service and trusting the business to fulfill an order...
Read moreRolled in 0530 or so- too early, I know. Greeted by young lady. Small iced coffee please. Would you like creamer? Yes, milk please. Donut too. You said hot coffee right? No, iced please. A short moment later, iced coffee but no milk. “Oh, I don’t see milk in there”… “That’s why I asked if you wanted creamer” … “I said yes, milk”… shortly after I’m handed the correct order, I say thank you twice and she says nothing because she’s annoyed. Hey it’s like I’m back home in Boston! Thanks for the laugh...
