I am usually an Arby's fan. This place however was nothing like the usual Arby's. I spent I believe around 25 dollars and ordered 2 small roast beefs and 2 of their new "Ribeye" sandwiches.(to bring home to share with wife) You talk about a sandwich not looking anything like the picture 🥴. It was absolutely terrible tasting and looking. The meat itself was something to behold. The color was a light gray/tan and it was of worse quality than the actual regular roast beef sandwiches... Wich were old and dry as well. Almost as if they cooked all the meat in the morning and left it all day. What a waste. They had me pull forward after paying and I was literally the only person at the establishment. After waiting 5 minutes, out they come. So I leave and start driving home looking forward to my sandwiches. Totally let down by the nasty "Ribeye" sandwich(wich I could only take 2 bites 🤮) , I try to stay positive and grab a roast beef. Open it... Dry as can be... Oh well I'll slather it with some Arby's sauce (wich I specifically asked for) only to find that.. Yes they forgot to give me any sauce whatsoever. Don't plan on going back to this location wich is quite unfortunate because it's the closest Arbys to me by far. 😔. I personally felt like whoever is in charge of the quality of food and freshness didn't just fail, they also didn't give a hoot either about someone spending their hard earned money on food that should at least be fresh.

Read moreWent here last Thursday and did a mobile order for a double roast beef meal with a shake and my son got a chicken tender meal with a shake paid $23 when I got to the window I was informed that they were out of roast beef, fries, and shake mix, the guy had no idea how to refund me and he called his manager and they didn't answer gave me managers number told me to call tomorrow so I did, manager told me to call back Monday so I did he said he contacted corporate and I'd get a refund... corporate JUST sent me an email yesterday asking for information even though i gave all of it to the manager already and still no refund a week later and corporate hasn't responded either... Looking at recent reviews I'm glad I no longer have to feel responsible for poor quality food and cleanliness. They don't even train their employees. The GM literally should not be a GM.
