We just moved here and have stopped here twice. The first time we ordered no cheese and there was cheese on the burgers. We took them back and had it corrected, but only realized after driving away we didn’t get my frappe. Went back for that, left again, and realized we never got the coke or the sauces for the happy meals either, but we didn’t go back again. My husband said someone had been yelling and seemed to be quitting and slamming fryers around, so we didn’t think it was worth it.
Two days later, we go back, and this time check the burgers and find there was cheese where no cheese was supposed to be. Even the receipt on the wrapper said it. Took that back and had it corrected. Then, got home to realize every burger was messed up. The extra onion burgers had no onion. The no pickle burgers had pickle. No sauce in the happy meals, and they had forgotten my frappe again.
I called and the manager said we could have the whole order replaced and didn’t need to bring in a receipt. She took my name and we went back the next day for the order. Upon ordering the replacement order, my husband was asked 20+ questions such as “are you sure this was the order?” Obviously implying we were lying. My husband endured the questions and one employee saying “I’m not gonna have my balls busted over this” implying we were gonna get them in trouble for ordering our replacement order. My husband was upset and dissatisfied upon leaving the establishment. And, what a surprise, the sauce was forgotten in the Happy Meals again. I know that seems like a small issue, and normally we honestly wouldn’t care at all, and would give our kiddos sauce at home. However, our fridge food went bad on the move here, and we don’t have the sauce to replace it. My 4 and 2 year old were very upset, and getting them to eat a dry chicken nugget is nearly impossible- and I don’t blame them for wanting dip dip.
We will not be coming back, which sucks, because we just moved to Winchester Bay, OR, and we’re happy about the close fast food for our fast food fridays. It is worth it to drive the extra 20 minutes to the Coos...
Read moreI was having this dream where five to seven idiots were doddering around in a cicle, pressing buttons and making beeping sounds with their mouths. When I woke, I was still awaiting my food. The clerk really wanted me to take my soft drink off of the to-go counter, even though the food part of the meal was nowhere to be found. I started drifting back to sleep, but kept waking up because a woman ahead of me who ordered for her family kept coming back to the counter because they had not included 3-5 of the items on her receipt.
The clerk was getting nervous standing there doing nothing. She asked another worker about my meal. The worker said, 'is that your Sprite?' I said I would like a whole meal at the same time. She said your meal is right there,' pointing back to the back of the restaurant, which confused me because she wasn't bringing it to me at the counter. I went back to sleep. Several minutes later, an adolescent brought me a small bag of food and said, 'thank you' for some reason. I said, 'thank you for what?' but his reply was muffled because he was wearing some sort of disguise.. I opened the bag because I was certain they had forgotten the nugget sauces I ordered, which they obviously had. I mentioned this and the clerk gave me 17,000 little cups of hot mustard so as to make up for their lackluster service. They did not ask if I wanted ketchup even though I ordered fries (which seems to have just become policy, so I wasn't too surprised about that)
There is a nice outdoor area where you can sit and nap for 20 minutes while the employees take forever and mess up your order. Just leave your trash iu there for them to pick up, because you are helping fulfill...
Read morei was insulted for questioning why they gave me ice cream cones first in the resturant then started cooking everything hot. so, the ice cream melted all over me when they could have cooked hot then served cold last. i do not understand why they can not understand i am supposed to cover my face in their store, not eat in their store, so what do they expect is going to happen to ice cream while stood there on a hot day. so, they said tvey were out of cup carriers and had no way to pack my three drinks, carry a bag of hot food, with two melting ice cream cones. they were so rude as i left the store. it is okay with me. all mcdonalds are getting that way. sooner or later i will remember the service they offer, the quality of their food and the price of their food. for the price of their food you can go to a resturant...well, pretty close.
by the way, i threw away the ice cream cones in order to get three sodas and a bag of food out to the car. two peoples lunch was ruined. that is what they wanted for lunch with their food. my lunch was ruined at the counter.
i am...
