I’ve been here three times, and while the food has always been great, today’s experience was so unbelievably bad that I don’t know if I’ll ever be back. The service was beyond unprofessional and honestly embarrassing for a restaurant.
We were seated right away, which was great, and my coffee came out immediately—but the hot vanilla latte we ordered? That took 15 minutes, and not a single person bothered to check on us. When I finally flagged someone down, I mentioned we had been waiting way too long, and two minutes later, they bring out an iced latte—completely wrong. After correcting them, they finally bring out a BOILING HOT latte that was undrinkable. At that point, I already knew this was going to be a disaster.
After all that, we were just trying to get through the meal, but even placing our food order took forever. The reason? Because our waitress and her boyfriend (another employee) were too busy flirting and touching each other to notice that they had customers waiting to be served. To make things even worse, a couple of their friends walked in 15 minutes after us, and somehow, they got their drinks AND food within minutes, while we were still sitting there, waiting just to put in our order. That was when it became painfully obvious that we weren’t just dealing with bad service—we were being flat-out ignored in favor of their friends.
By the time we were finally done eating, we just wanted to leave, but even that turned into another frustrating delay. It took another 20 minutes just to get our check and boxes, because, once again, the waitress was too focused on her personal life to do her job.
This wasn’t just lazy service—it was blatant disrespect toward paying customers. I had picked up on the fact that these two employees were dating from the first time I came in, but I didn’t care—until now, when their immaturity and complete lack of professionalism made my experience a joke. If they want to act like they’re on a date instead of working, they shouldn’t be on the clock.
It’s honestly disgraceful for a restaurant to have employees like this. Management needs to step in immediately, or they’ll keep losing customers. I won’t be returning unless something...

Read moreWhile the atmosphere and server were both nice. The food was mediocre. Maybe the cooks just don't care or the owner doesn't care about how the make the food. I got the carne breakfast plate. The meat was alright, but thin and didn't really resemble carne. I asked for over medium eggs and got just barley over easy. Hashbrowns were dark brown on the outside and warm on the inside. Not hot. Also everything wasn't seasoned. Had to add salt and pepper to everything just to get some flavor. And idk what this frijoles is but it has hot dogs in it. I'm sorry but 🤮. I'm sorry but I don't think most people want hot dogs in a, what resembles a stew. Unless your from the sticks backwoods redneck. But for a Mexican style breakfast. Not very good. Again server and atmosphere was good. Food was...
